Yesterday, while i my using the zoom, the microphone and camera suddenly cannot detect by zoom. However, i can still listen to the speaker. At the same time, i try to use the zoom web version to open my own meeting, it can detect my cameras and microphone. As long as i want to use the web page to join back the zoom meeting. i cannot join it. Are there any things that i can do to fix this?

I'm trying to record my students.  I turn off my camera and mic so only the other person is on screen then I press record.  However, every single time, the video starts with my profile picture and then some sound and then goes to the other person.  I want it to start on the other person before the sound occurs.  My camera is already off and my mic is already on mute when I press record.  How can I get it to start recording the other person and not me  at the beginning?  

If I choose to record to computer, I know how to choose where it goes.

However, I seem to have no choice at all where cloud recordings download to. They always go to my "Downloads" folder, which is a pain.

Are there any workarounds that don't involve the browser? (I assume it's because the browser defaults to my Downloads folder, but I don't see a way in Chrome to change that just for one site.)

We are trying to have a webinar and we have an interpreter but when we try to live stream on youtube, the interpreter cant be heard on youtube regardless of the selected language. the only account that is hrard on youtube is just another participant. Can you please tell us how to fix this?

I was in a meeting the other day with my camera off. I wanted to turn my camera on for a little while, and I clicked the "Start Video" button. Nothing happened. I repeated clicked it and still nothing. The meeting participants could hear me, so the host did a "Ask to Start Video" request. When I accepted their request, my camera came on without a problem. The host said they never disabled my camera. Does anyone know why my Start Video button just wouldn't work for me?

I love the slide control option for webinars.  I wish that there would be an option for a pointer once you give control.  This seems like a pretty common PowerPoint feature.  Maybe i'm just missing it, someone please correct me if that's the case.
