My screen is always blank ie white, unless I turn off video when the avatar is viewable. Device manager says camera is working. Any suggestions, please??
Essentially, I am not able to screen share my PowerPoint slides in full screen for my audience while seeing my notes for myself on a single screen Windows 11 laptop while using Presenter View. In the past, sharing only the full screen slides would work and then you could personally switch to your notes without any problem by following these Zoom instructions for "Single-monitor setup with slide show in full screen". Video proof that this tricked used to work: https://youtu.be/yu7FIk7FFbc Now I get the following message when switching from the fullscreen notes to : "Your screen sharing is paused during powerpoint presenter view" and people see my Presenter View with notes and tools instead of the fullscreen, or the slide they see freezes. Single monitor, Windows 11. I have Zoom Workplace Version: 6.2.3 (47507) When sharing the PPT first, then going into slide show, and then going to Presenter View: https://imgur.com/PEdXFNa When going into Presenter View first, and then sharing only the fullscreen slides: https://imgur.com/VaS9hjd

Zoom has become a cluster #### of functionality. It's really causing us a lot of problems with integrations, clarity on how our organisation communicates and manages information sharing. At this point in time, the only reason we're still using Zoom is the screen share resolution and annotation. Is there a way to get rid of the complexity of meeting settings, AI companion, whiteboard, team chats, etc. Our typical issues include, but are not limited to: I just want video calls, I do not want Zoom to organise a schedule or be more of a task management or communication platform, as it's not good at it. It creates duplication and destroys our continuity of workflow

Hi.
If anyone can help.
I've been happily using Iriun Webcam with ZOOM for past three years. And, suddenly with the most recent update of ZOOM.. ZOOM is not recognising the Iriun Webcam in it's Camera options anymore.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do about it?
Thanks.

hi! This is the second time that it happens: we record the podcast with the usual mics and settings, normal speed etc and still the episode plays my voice as if it were a ghost's. So slow, un-natural and low pitch. I sound like a man. I tried to play it a bit faster but then I sound like Mickey Mouse with a low voice. I tried to change it with Garage Band and no luck. I am using an iMac. Is there any reason why Zoom does that? I've been using it since 2018 every single day and we have not changed any settings. I am starting to think I need to move away from this platform as it's so unreliable. Thanks!

"I'm at my wits end with Zoom. We use the same laptop for many zoom meetings without any problems. One meeting room however is a nightmare. No matter how much we try or what we do it wont let us into the meeting due to INCORRECT passcode. It consistently take 30-35 minutes of trying various options. Delete Zoom, reinstall Zoom Dont install zoom etc etc and then finally after 30 minutes, all of a sudden it works. The owner of the meeting room keeps implying that the problem is me (typing wrong passcode) but its NOT me We also try with a totally different laptop (Lenova vs Macbookpro) that is used everyday for online school and the same error occurs incorrect password p.s Hopefully ZOOM wil reply here instead of hiding behind a privacy issue that doesn't exist This is about a valid passcode NOT WORKING I dint reveal the passcode so how can this be a privacy issue ????????

I just installed zoom on a new windows laptop. I now cannot see the shared screen from someone else. (I do know how to share screens. This is not the problem. I have been using Zoom since it started.) Any thoughts on what is wrong?
I have had a personal Zoom account for more than three years and lately when I attempt to join a meeting or start meetings that I have scheduled I get the following message: "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update." I don't have an IT admin, so I attempted to do the update myself. When I scroll to the Downloads section on the bottom of the Zoom home screen and click to download the latest version, I am asked to sign in to my account. When I attempt to sign in to my account, I get the following message: "Your app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your version of Zoom." So I can't join or run meetings unless I update the Zoom version, and I can't sign in to update the Zoom version unless I am on a later version. So I am stuck. I did see some community entries here that suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. That sounds like a rather unprofessional option to updating to a newer version of the app. If that is indeed what I must do, then is there an option to save all my account settings, such as personal meeting ID and host code, as well as all the repeating meetings that I have scheduled? Or will I need to manually start over from scratch? Please advise. Thanks!
