How to fix
I have reported this issue many times but there is no solution to customer support or offer. I've signed up for a Pro Account since 2 years, Please fix this ASAP before I'm completely disappointed in ZOOM!

We have configured the Outlook calendar and are able to create meetings in Zoom app that show on the Zoom Rooms calendar on our laptops but the Flex unit still has no calendar attached to it. I have gone through the Articles and tried a few things with no luck. Any ideas would be helpful.

Hola a todos, esta pregunta no es de otra cosa, bueno soy dueño de mi empresa de trabajo, cuando estoy culminando la reunion sobre los nombrados de los trabajadores que fue grabado, quisiera ver la grabacion y si yo le doy a grabacion, me sale un mensaje de zoom en Ingles diciendo que reviso la conexion a internet, pero la conexion ya esta conectado, he intentado reintentar y me sale lo mismo y la red de mi casa esta en 5g y esta en 100mbps, como soluciono este mensaje en ingles ya que estoy conectado y la red esta mejor. I am designing a Zoom Reunion and want to import the breakout rooms and select the option to allow meeting participants to join/unjoin on their own. These 2 features appear to be mutually exclusive. When I import breakout rooms, (before meeting starts), it seems to require pre-assignments and then, as host, does not allow me to change to option of having participants join on their own. If I start a meeting with no rooms, and then create them, I do have the option of letting participants manage on their own. I'm trying to save myself the effort of typing in all of the rooms after I've started the meeting. Am I missing something?

Sometimes, when I am hosting a zoom meeting with one of our pro accounts at work, my laptop monitor loses resolution and looks "fuzzy" to me. I am reasonably sure that this is not a hardware issue with my video card because I also run a second monitor and there is no problem with things that are displayed there. Any suggestions?

How do I stop microphone muted notification messages appearing in the Zoom Meeting window when my microphone as host is muted and my mic picks up a noise?
Hello there. About two years ago, I created a weekly meeting and have since deleted it. It is no longer listed among my meetings in my account yet I keep receiving notifications that my meeting is starting. Because the meeting isn't on my list of meetings, I can't delete it or the notification.

Zoom training materials on breakout sessions (bottom of final page of pdf found at https://oit.pointloma.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/05/Zoom_Managing-Breakout-Rooms.pdf and included below) indicate that it is possible to obtain attendance reports of breakout rooms if attendees register for the meeting. We have been unable to figure out how to do that - attendee report does not appear as an option for meetings, and there are no reports identified as related to breakout rooms. The only choices we see are registration and poll reports, but we need an attendee report (could be for the entire meeting - doesn't have to just be the breakout sessions during the meeting). Would appreciate any and all help with this. Thank you!!

I have set up a series of zoom meetings for a client and diary invites have gone out and been accepted by lots of people. We would now like to add some polls to those meetings, but don't appear to be able to do so without manually going in and adding a poll to each one! Am I missing somethings? We have set up a template and it would be really helpful if we could simply add that template to each meeting. Even if we had polls set up initially, this feature would also be useful as we could then delete existing polls from the scheduled meetings and then upload the new template.

Tonight I had a meeting for customers, and for some reason people could not enter. Thank you in advance.
I had some days before scheduled a meeting, and shared the meeting ID and password in a mail.
Today I went in again and copied that link (I thought), and shared it on Facebook.
What I found later was that somehow the meeting id and password was different, so the people with the mail could not enter, but they could enter from FB.
Why did this happen, and where do I do it wrong?
