Hi, I have a free zoom account (so no access to support), and somehow multi factor authentication got turned on for the account. When I try to log in, it asks for a 6 digit code from an authenticator (which is not set up) or for a recovery code (since I didn't turn on 2FA, I don't have recovery codes). Is there a way to reset the account so that 2FA is turned off, or delete the account? It is basically useless to me now, as I can't log in, and I don't want to upgrade to pro just so I can get support to fix this issue that I didn't cause.

I want to display the vertically long camera image on the monitor in full screen.

How should I set it?

Here's what I've tried:

I rotated the zoom camera setting of the image sending side by 90 degrees.
The monitor on the side receiving the image was set to portrait display.

However, due to the influence of the margin part, it was not possible to display it in full screen.

By the way, Android can display vertically well.

But I want it to succeed between windows.

I have an organization using one zoom account for meetings but I have multiple users signing into the one account. Because there are many different devices and locations, a two factor code is sent to the organization's email which the multiple users do not have access to despite having turned off two factor authentication. Is there any way to fix this situation so that the users can sign in without having to get a code? 

Hi everyone. I have a pro plan, and used to be recording meetings using my old windows surface pro 7. This computer was terrible and I upgraded to a macbook pro 14 (2021). The macbook is way better, except that when recording my zoom meetings, it's always limited to 720p no matter what I do.

I've enabled all the HD settings, and made sure every single setting is identical to how it was when I was using my surface pro 7. But still, when recording the shared screen in zoom it is limited to 720p. 

I've contacted zoom support multiple times about this issue but their support is absolutely terrible. They don't care to read or understand your situation, and it's been a huge waste of time. I'm hoping someone could shed light on this issue.

I just went to try recording on my surface pro 7 and it is still able to record shared screens in 1080p. I'm guessing that this has got something to do with the differences between windows and mac. Anyone had this issue before and solved it?

I need to set up a ledwall and the general manager of my company want to see all the 200 remote partecipants at a company meeting SIMULTANEOUSLY on a single view

so no paging, but one single gallery with up to 200 partecipants.

I recently scheduled a meeting requiring registration. I sent out the message and began receiving registrations (I was able to go in and access the information at the bottom of the meeting set-up page. Now when I go in, nothing will load at the bottom of the screen. I've tried three different devices and different browsers. Help please.
