zoom freezing when using sony wf-1000xm4

if i use sony headphone on win10, zoom is stuck.

when going to setting -> audio -> zoom stuck.

i updated zoom to the last version.

i updated sony headphone to the last version

i restart the computer many times.

nothing help.

please suggest what to do?

Similar lag issue with sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds on Mac and only with Zoom app - frustrating...

Try setting audio settings to "Stereo audio" - may have done the trick....

Unfortunately it does not help
If I pair the headphones, the zoom will freeze immediately.
When I turn off the headphone , the zoom returns to normal.
