I used my AirPods once in a Zoom meeting and the other audio and microphone settings are unavailable.

I was able to use my computer speaker and microphone before connecting my AirPods.

But now zoom client can't recognize my computer device even when i stop bluetooth with airpods.

When I do the audio and microphone test, the output level goes up with my computer speaker but I can't hear any sound or the sound is output for 1 second and then cuts off. The microphone doesn't pick up any sound at all.

Our company uses Calendly to schedule one-on-one meetings with Zoom, also integrated with Office365 calendars.

Since the update mentioned here:

March 2022: FAQ on reporting changes – Zoom Support

...the email address of the participant who scheduled the event in Calendly is not being passed to Hubspot once the cloud recording is ready. This means that Hubspot is unable to associate the recording with our Contact records.

What is the best way to achieve this? Can we still use Calendly? Can we still use Zoom?

TIA

Does Single Sign On mean that it is not necessary to sign in to a Zoom account each time to begin hosting a meeting?

Background:

We have three paid Pro accounts used across 24 staff. Zoom meetings are scheduled in Google Calendar via the Firefox or Chrome browser scheduler. It's up to each staff member which Zoom account they use to schedule (and its availability of course).

Issue: Staff are complaining about how long it takes to sign in to the correct Zoom account in order to begin hosting the meeting.

Will SSO with 10 licenses (to be used across 24 staff - most likely 1 licence per work area) fix this problem? I'm imagining  that with SSO, staff will sign in once a day and then not need to sign in again, no matter which license was used to schedule the Zoom meeting? Is that how it works? (I've scoured Zoom's online help, which has sadly not been helpful).

I want to use Powerpoint as a virtual background. I can currently use the arrows and mouse to transition between slides but would like to use a handheld remote controller (clicker) instead. I've tried 3 or 4 but none works with Zoom.

I've seen someone doing it successfully in a workshop but wasn't sure how. Help is appreciated either by suggesting a compatible device or a feature. Thanks

Word wrap automatically happens when using CHAT in meetings

Recently when I use chat my text wraps and none of the formatting is visible to me or anyone else in the meeting. How do I get back to standard formatting so my chat messages are sent correctly?
