Two similar but separate events happened and can't figure out why.  

The first instance, my colleague asked me to open up the meeting and allow the instructor to enter from the waiting room and give his host access.  Once I gave the instructor the host access, I could use just leave the meeting and let him run the class.  For whatever reason, as the class start time approached, no one was showing up. I had to email the instructor and he said that he was waiting to get let in.  Couldn't figure out what was happening but eventually he just created a zoom meeting using the free version (we're using the licensed product).  I was logging in from my personal laptop at home. 

The second instance, today, I just got my own account access from my employer ( university license also).  I opened up the meeting at my office computer and the same thing happened, no one was waiting to come in and again I called a colleague and he confirmed he was waiting for the meeting to start. 

Am I missing something?  I uploaded the Zoom app on to my laptop at home and desktop at work. Today, I just reinstalled the zoom app on the desktop.  Not sure what is going on!  Please help!  I can't be running these classes/meetings like this. 

we have one user that if he sends an invite to a customer  Zoom will auto repeat the invite every minute sending multiple emails each with a different code - 

We email through SALESFORCE but none of our other users are affected in this way, any ideas would be appreciated

I cannot get any live help or customer support. This is not customer or user friendly> All I want to do is add additional users to my account and the system tells me they are don't have an account, however the person has an account and set up a meeting with me to prove it. I have a meeting in 6 hours and can't get help. This is ridiculous. Can someone HELP? The automated phone system is trash too! it just loops and then hangs up. 

Is it possible to add an alternative host within the Google Chrome extension/add on? I often schedule calls either for others or where multiple team members are on together and it's most efficient to have an alternate who can start things without me if needed. I can do this by editing the meeting if I log into our Zoom account but hoping it's possible to add them directly in our Google Calendar to skip the extra step of having to go to the other account. I am preparing to demonstrate software over screen share in a Zoom meeting. A feature being demonstrated involves displaying a toast notification to the user. However, toast notifications are not being shown in screen shares.

I have not found a way of changing this in configuration. If the application being demoed is selected for the screen share instead of the monitor it is shown on, then the toast is displayed to the user sharing their screen, but it is still not visible to other users viewing it.

Is there a way of configuring things so that toast notifications from the software being demonstrated are shown in the screen share?

Hi! I need your help. I had a base account. During the meeting, the person (who has a pro account) made me the organizer. And I accidentally recorded it not on a local computer, but in the cloud. But her record is not displayed in the cloud. I just bought an improved account, but I don't have this entry in my personal account either. How can I find it now? It was a very important conversation and I really need it!
