There was such a problem, during the broadcast, the text is not visible in the menu sub-items, I reinstalled the zoom 2 times, it did not help, Windows 8.1
We would like to track where registrants are getting the links to our trainings. I found a doc that said I would need a vanity URL but that appears to only get us one URL. We need to be able to create custom links for all our recurring webinars so we can see where people are find us. Any ideas?

I have been using Zoom quite successfully for over 6 months for a series of short (half hour) meetings with different people. I normally start by clicking on the drop down apps menu on my HP laptop (the one you get by clicking on the 'Windows' button on left hand of the toolbar at the bottom). Being in alphabetical order, the list displays it at the very bottom. On Monday morning I started as normal, and set up three meetings for that evening. When I tried to get back on Zoom about 15 mins before the first scheduled meeting, the icon had disappeared. I managed to log into Zoom from my internet page, and succeeded in opening the meeting page. Video and audio seemed to be working fine. However, the person who should have been the other participant rang me about 5 mins after the meeting should have started to say they were unable to join. This happened also for the second scheduled meeting. A) How have I lost the Zoom icon? and how can I get it back? B) Why are my meeting participants unable to join the meeting, and what can I do about it? As far as I know, I have not been doing anything differently to when I was using Zoom quite happily before.

Greetings, I am having trouble editing my profile name. Someone lent me her zoom account to host a meeting. Now, I am always showing up as this person's name whenever I enter a meeting of any kind. I have my own account. What's going on? Thanks for your help.

Hi Over the last two years we have made numerous recordings with Zoom, using two webcams (one face on, the second overhead on the desk). Having just checked back all our recordings today (10 or so), roughly since January are very jerky on the overhead camera. Previously the recordings are smooth and look great. Please advise how this might have occurred and if it can be remedied Thanks

Bonjour Nous avons 2 licences Zoom. Merci

I'm new to the forum and don't easily see how to ask a question (rather than read Qs and reply to them). I have no solution but I have my own problem. When I initiate a Zoom meeting (just with one other person) that one other person wants to share her screen with me. She gets a message saying that I (animator, initiator, administrator..) have disabled screen share for participants. Can't see (or understand) anything in my Parameters/Settings menus that might solve this problem, if indeed the problem is on my side. Anyone any ideas about how and where to find the appropriate tickbox? Many thanks in advance.

I want to do screen sharing and sound sharing on another computer.
For example, a host shares a screen, and a co-host shares a sound.
