Does anyone has the same problem with me ?
I have just updated my laptop to Windows 11 and since then, every time i open my zoom meeting, it always says mic and speaker are not detected,  however, in other meeting platform, my mic and speaker is working fine

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall my device driver and have also updated my windows update
Does anyone has any solution to this ?
Thanks in advance !

You may have to grant Zoom permission within Windows to use the devices.  Here is an article describing how to do this https://allthings.how/how-to-enable-or-disable-microphone-in-windows-11/.

Go to setting/select microphone / scroll down "allow apps to access your microphone" click the button on, if it is already on just off it and switch on again.

Same here with Zoom after the windows 11 update, all other platforms are ok. Tried all the above and no fix.

Here is a fairly in-depth guide on various ways to try and solve the issue. While the guide is for the microphone many of the steps can be applied to speakers as well. https://www.howto-connect.com/fix-windows-11-microphone-not-working-14-ways/   Hope this helps some of you..

Hi.  I had the problem resolved by Zoom's Engineering support.  It was the Laptops specific audio driver that was not working.  Although when I first logged this issue the drivers had been verified, now that I reinstall the driver today things work correctly.

My Laptop is an ASUS (for other manufacturers us their specific driver download site) On the ASUS driver site - https://www.asus.com/us/support/Download-Center/ be very precise about the model number.  In my case it needed to be - Zenbook 13 OLED (UX325, 11th Gen Intel).  There are many UX325 models listed.
