I'm using zoom for legal depositions and started having issues with the gallery view recording. When I have a meeting with a handful of participants I pin down the active speaker so that I can get a full recording of just them speaking. I also have the "record gallery view" setting enabled in the cloud. It seems that here recently the gallery view is no longer recording a  view with all the participants, instead It is just recording the participant that I have pinned.  What's going on?

I recently changed my computer and now trying to record the interviews for my podcast but on the recording, I don't have the gallery view anymore even if I select it at the beginning of the video.

When I check the record, there is only videos where I see the person speaking actively but I want to see both persons at the same time on the video. Really annoying. 

This cannot be tested so we discover that at the end when the record is done. I checked all the parameters again and don't know why.

When I am recording the video I see both videos of each person side to side. But when viewing the result I see only the person speaking. 

Let me know please if there is a solution.

I've had this issue on multiple Mac laptops and multiple pairs of headphones, so I don't think it is a hardware issue. In all cases, the "play" button on the headset gets changed to "Siri" whenever Zoom is open, even when I am not in a meeting. I've used everything from MonoPrice BT headphones to Beats Studio3s and Apple AirPods (Pro and now Max). They all behave the same.

Is there any control over this? It would be great if, in a meeting, the "play" button could mute/unmute, but I can't find any such controls in the Zoom settings spaghetti. If I can't control it, can I at least tell Zoom to not hijack the button?

I have a personal zoom account and a pro zoom (business) account. I am able to login to the pro business account using the desktop client but can only login to my personal account on zoom's web portal.   I was able to login to both accounts on the portal in the past. I know the passwords. Help please. The portal will not accept my login credentials for the pro business account. Help please and thank you. 

HI Please help. It seems that a lot of us are having this problem but there is not a fix?? I read one of the answers the audio is so low is so that we can hear a reply from the participants, but it is so low that you can barely hear it at all. I need to be able to go through musical excerpts with pupils for analyse  so I need to hear it a bit louder than it is a present.

Please can you help? Thank-you!
