Hello, I'm looking to host a few meetings (not webinars) with multiple date/time options that requires attendees to register for 1 of the available options. I've figured out how to create a meeting with registration, and I can click 're-occurring' then once saved, I can manually add additional dates/time options. I know I can cap registration but how can I cap each 'reoccurrence'? What we'd like to do is have 1 registration form where someone can pick a date/time that works for them, but we want each occurrence to be capped. e.g. if the event has sessions available on July 1 at 8am, July 8 at 8am, July 10 at 8am, and we want each of these 3 sessions to be capped at 10 people (but overall cap would be 30). Is there a way to do this? In other works, when I insert a registration cap of e.g. 10 - does it cap registration total or each occurrence at 10?

Hey. 

Wie stelle die die verkacken Emails aus, die ich ständig von Zoom bekomme. Wie schwach ist es bitte von dieser Firma, dass sie es einem so unheimlich schwer machen dies auszuschalten? Im support Chat wird aus ''Emails abbestellen'' und ''Ich möchte keine Emails erhalten'' und diverser anderer versuche immer folgendes gemacht ''Es tut uns leid, dass sie keine Emails von Zoom erhalten. Schauen sie im Spam etc nach.'' 

 

Zoom scheint es intelligent zu finden, die Menschen mit ihren Emails zu belasten obwohl die meisten Menschen nicht reinschauen, sondern sich nur über Zoom ärgern. 

 

Wer weiß wie ich diese Belästigung beende?

I had a premium zoom account that I use to record my college work. One day I realized that I got hacked and even though I've changed my password, it seemed like I still had people logging onto my account. Zoom thought I was sharing my account and promptly deactivated my account a couple weeks after I realized it. Now I know that it's hard to prove that I didn't share it, so I just wanted to somehow move the recorded meetings on that account to a new account. Is there anyway that can happen?

Problems recording a meeting: blank image

Please, Help! 

I tried to record a meeting, I was the admin and the only person with the cam and mic on. The recording was set up in auto. The result: no problems with audio, but my image stopped recording when I admited the users from the waiting room.

Since then the image is in blank, showing a grey profile with no photo. Seems like the image changed to the first user that entered into the meeting after me, while I´m talking all the time.

 

At the end of the meeting I started a Q&A where users could turn on the camera and the mic. At this moment, the recording works good changing from an user to other, including me.

 

This happened two more times before, but sometimes works well and I don´t change anything.

Please, anybody can help me? I need to upload these lessons for people that can´t see live, and now I have to record again the full meeting. This is painful.

i have a problem regarding website

i am trying to have a meeting regarding my website on zoom with my client.  Actually zoom is not sharing my screen. There was a certain lag and the changes i want to do are uncertain at the clients end.

비밀번호를 헷갈려 잘못된 로그인 시도를 여러 번 했던 기기에서 로그인이 안 됩니다. 다른 기기에서는 로그인이 되지만, 자주 사용하는 기기에서 로그인이 안 되어 불편하네요. 인증번호를 메일로 보낸다고 했는데 메일로도 인증번호가 오지 않았습니다. 잘못된 로그인 시도를 여러 번 했던 기기에서도 로그인이 되도록 해결 방법을 알고 싶습니다.

Resolved! Reports Tab

I am the Owner/Admin of a Pro paid account.  I want to pull Participant info.  Every video tells me to start with the 'Reports Tab'.  There is no 'Reports Tab' under Personal or Admin.  Where can I find and access the info I need.
