I have a business account user running a Basic license that has scheduled a meeting. I upgraded her to a paid license after the meeting was scheduled. Will the existing meeting automatically be upgraded from Basic to licensed? Or would we need to cancel the meeting and reschedule it now that the user account is licensed?

Hello All. I have the paid version of Zoom and I'm using Firefox in Windows 11 Home. Everytime I start a meeting, the Zoom...exe wants to download. Zoom client is already installe! How do I stop this to happen? Also, lately not only the Zoom...exe keeps wanting to download, Zoom client launches and it takes for ever to actually start the meeting. The other day it even messed up the webcam, as I was not able to have a meeting at all and had to switch to Skype. Any ideas?

When setting up a zoom meeting invite, is there a way to disable the responses so I do not get notified every time someone chooses to participate? Some meetings are optional and I do not want to fill up my inbox with 80 responses telling me they have accepted or declined the meeting invitation. Thank you!

The scheduling shows Monday 28/02/2022. When one does copy link it only shows 28/02/2022 It no longer shows that this is a Monday.
How does one tell the Zoom developer's to have this fixed in their next release ?
I've been running into this strange situation where a presenter is using PowerPoint during one of our webinars and the recording superimposes their camera video on the top right. Not just that but it's lifted just a little bit above the presentation too so when I get the video file of the recording the video is in a weird aspect ratio to accommodate. Is this something in PowerPoint that's doing this or something on Zoom? (see picture for example)

We want to create a Zoom meeting hosted by a shared mailbox? The end user has full delegated access the mailbox. How do we go about that?
I am not using Chrome and when I join a meeting Zoom will not access my camera or allow my computer audio. I can see what other attendees share on the screen, but I have to dial in using my phone. Why is Zoom confused and thinks I am using an out of date Chrome browser? And can anyone assist. This issue began about 1 week ago.
