Error message while trying to log in

This morning, I was unable to log in to Zoom for a scheduled appointment with one of my doctors. I kept getting an error message:

Timeout Or Wrong Configuration

Default host not configured or timeout, please try again

408 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_436de8d510f3de3c

This was done through Patient Gateway, the hospital's patient portal. The doctor tried to send me a regular Zoom link  but wasn't able to do that, either, so we ended up talking on FaceTime.

Was your network down this morning, or can you tell if it was a problem with the hospital's network or Zoom interface?
