Hi, Since the setting 'Require that all meetings are secured with one security option' is now mandatory I want to use a passcode for people to join our zoom sessions so that we can disable the waitingroom, but this doesn't work. I've enabled all settings about passcode and I've disabled the setting for the waitingroom, but that doesn't help. So how to disable the waitingroom? I would also like to make one single passcode for our personal meeting ID, is that possible? Kind regards, Student Meditation

When I click "stop video", my name is displayed rather than my photo. My photo is posted OK on my zoom profile. How do I make my photo appear rather than just my name?
I've had one Zoom account connected to a Google sign in and I just created another account connected to a different Google sign in. In the desktop app, when I choose "Switch account" it shows me the sign in screen. If I choose the Google sign in option, it just logs me back into the account I was trying to switch from. Next I chose "Sign out". Then when I go from the sign in screen and click the Google sign in option, my web browser pops up and prompts me to choose a google sign in. I do so and now the web browser is signed in but the app is still NOT signed in. Now the app is stuck in that state, unable to be signed in at all. Mac app version 5.9.6 (4993), tried using Edge and Chrome as default browsers.

Today, i tried to use Zoom Android app for an online 1on1 teaching session on my Samsung S7+ with Sony WF1000XM3 Earbuds. The Noise Supression feature failed badly, all the crowd and music sound at Starbucks totally destroyed us, to be honest. There appears to be no supression levels like Windows in settings menu. Am i missing something?

My colleague reached out to me through zoom to have an unscheduled meeting. I didn't receive any notification that she was trying to contact me. She says she uses this with other staff members to do an impromptu meeting. What do I need to update in my settings to alert me when she is trying to contact me in this way?

So here's the situation - I have a licensed account, and the two other people who are helping me moderate this weekly meeting also have licensed accounts - but we don't work at the same organization. We are alternatively hosting this meeting as a extra curricular activity, yet we all have licensed accounts at our respective places. The reason why we have alternative hosting is so that I don't have to run these meetings every week, but it looks like that if I want them to host, I need to start the meeting and then transfer hosting abilities. Is there a better option other than purchasing licenses for them under my organization? Please help!

I need to record HOST ONLY and my shared screen but NOT participants. Please help. Have tried pinning the host but the recording still picks up the active speaker.
Thanks!
Hello - we are a small, young company. We currently have three employees all paying for their Pro accounts separately. We want to merge the accounts under one umbrella to have three licenses + one large meeting add on to one of the accounts. A few questions: 1. Most importantly, will the current meetings and invites already scheduled for the future of each of the three Pro accounts be disrupted after consolidated? All the invite links currently deployed should remain active and with all the Pro functions, correct? 2. The process, as I understand it, would be to have the lead account Add User + User Licensed Type. But then does the lead account needs to purchase licenses ahead of time because right now it says 0 licenses available. What is the process after getting to Add Users tab? 3. Is it possible for only one of the users to have the Large Meeting add on, without having the head account have the add on as well? 4. Is it possible for all the sub user accounts to have full access settings? Hopefully just because it is an added user doesn't mean there are limited functions. Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have a question regarding recording in gallery view. If I have a Zoom meeting with more than 30 people and I turn on gallery mode, but I want to specifically see a few people constantly on my screen, say 5, can I pin them? And if so, keep on seeing them and in my recording? The reason why I am asking is that I know that the Gallery can only hold up to 25 people with a free account. So imagine if I have 30 people, and everyone has their webcam on, I pin 1 2 3, will I always see them in my recording in gallery mode and will number 4 - 30 be rotated amongst the other 22 'free spots'? Thanks!
