I purchased the license account, but when I start a meeting, it still shuts down after 40 minutes. Why is this happening?
When a friend goes to a breakout room she finds that her video and microphone are muted. She cannot unmute them. When she returns to mail meeting, her video and microphone are still muted and she cannot unmute them. What can she do?
My wife and I have a Zoom Pro subscription for our company SafeCast Limited. We tend to be in the same meeting and are therefore hosting it together on a Windows 10 desktop workstation. However we also need to each have Zoom on our Android mobile phones so that we can dial in and connect to a meeting. Thus , for example, we may be in a Central London office using the video conferencing facilities in a conference room which has its own Zoom email address but will be controlling the presentations and the video conference from one or other of our mobile phones when one or other of us is there. As an added complexity (but as a security necessity), we also use 2FA in setting up every Zoom appointment so I use the Google Authenticator on my phone and my wife will need to use the Google Authenticator on her phone. Additionally we also use and have an account with Otter AI to create and generate automatic live transcripts of our Zoom meetings - this too has 2FA on our mobile phones. How do we set ourselves up to be co-hosts of our meetings? How can we schedule them? I think we need to set ourselves up as some kind of Group or Group Meeting but I cannot find out how to create this with 2FA operational. How could we be alternative-hosts?

We are hosting breakout rooms and the associates are able to hear the conversations happening in other break out rooms. Anyone has a solution for this cross communication?
Hey there, So I'm doing crucial recording of Zoom meetings to edit later in post-production. I am made co-host at the beginning of the meeting (which can last up to 8 hours) and I begin recording. I also have someone recording alongside as a failsafe. On my old 13" 2016 Macbook Pro (intel) it never crashed on me. But since several months ago, I've upgraded to the: 2021 Macbook Pro 14" with M1 Pro chip (10 core Cpu/16 core Gpu/32GB Ram/1TB storage). I have upgraded Zoom to the latest version, specific to Apple Silicon v. 5.9.3 [4239] and am on MacOS Monterey 12.2.1 My wifi is stable for the most part and fast. Around 400-600 Mbps. I have turned off the extra features in zoom (extra participants on screen, GPU video processing, etc) to take the load off and I only have zoom open during the calls while recording to the local hard drive. It's driving me a bit up the wall and not quite sure how to stop this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello - I have set up a reoccurring meeting and added two of my co-workers as Alternative Hosts - so that any of us can start the meetings. Works great - however I am the only one who can access the Usage Reports to capture the list of participants of past meetings. Is there a way to allow the Alternative Hosts access to the meetings Usage Reports? Thanks in advance, Bruce

We have several meetings that we recorded. We are sharing with those who couldn't attend; however, they keep saying it is asking for a password. We didn't require a password to join and are unsure where to find a password.
Please advise.
Hello
Please help me. How do I enable screen sharing for my guest? I create a zoom meeting and my guest says he cannot share his screen because the host has turned off screen sharing, how do i turn it back on?
Hi,
I recorded about 3 hours-long meeting using cloud recording. After over 48 hours later I still cannot find the result. Meanwhile the recording for yesterday's meeting is already available. Kindly advise.
