I can't find my recording
Hello there,
I ended a meeting I had recorded to the cloud about 20 minutes ago, but I still can't find the recording on the cloud. What shall I do?

I ended a meeting I had recorded to the cloud about 20 minutes ago, but I still can't find the recording on the cloud. What shall I do?
Hallo, wir haben einen normalen und ausreichend schnellen VDSL-Anschluss (Lancom-Router). Außerdem nutzen wir eine Cloud-Telefon-Anlage der Telekom. Das kuriose Problem mit Zoom ist, dass der Videostream jedes mal einfriert, sobald jemand über den Telekom-Anschluss telefoniert. Wenn alle Telefonate beendet sind, baut sich der Videostream nach 1-2 Minuten langsam wieder auf. Audio ist nicht betroffen und die ganze Zeit verfügbar. Das haben wir mehrfach getestet und konnten es jedes mal reproduzieren. Wir haben natürlich auch schon recherchiert und alles möglich getestet (alle Video-Optimierungen ausgeschaltet, Apps, Treiber und Windows 10 auf den neuesten Stand gebracht, verschiedene PCs und Kameras probiert), aber leider ohne Erfolg.
Da wir das Problem mit Teams nicht haben und auch alle anderen Internet-Anwendungen während Telefonaten einwandfrei funktionieren, scheint es in irgendeiner Weise an der Kombination Zoom/Cloud-Telefonie/Lancom zu liegen.
Hat jemand eine Idee, was man sonst noch testen könnte?

We would like to pre-assign 10 individuals to each of 10 breakout rooms, and then, when we have started the meeting, have Zoom assign all the rest of the people to the rooms randomly. Will that be possible to do? The main need is to ensure that each of the rooms has a person we have identified as facilitator (not a co-host.). We don't know in advance who the rest of the participants will be. Thanks. (PS: I've seen this similar question on this forum twice before and so far, unanswered.)

So i have captions set up and when ever a word comes up it shows it correct at first then changes it to the wrong word. it a person's name and then it shows a city name. how can i request it to get fixed. we want to use the feature where the person's name is used to intro every time.

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this API malarky and a novice. Trying to work out how to get a web app up and running to create zoom meetings. Confused as I've create and App with SDK OAuth credentials, downloaded sample apps web and vue.js versions but this is where I'm stuck... 1. Meeting number - where do I create this or can I pass in anything I like here? 2. Redirect URL for OAuth - if I entry a valid URL (let's say an API endpoint on my dev server), what data should I be expecting to receive and therefore process and therefore return to my web application? Unless I'm missing the obvious there's nothing clear in the docs regarding these two points. I imagine if I know what the redirect URL is supposed to receive and therefore "pass on" and if I know how to then creating a meeting number the rest should fall into place. Can anyone help or advise or even point to some legible code examples (especially in my area of asp.net c# or vue.js). Thanks, Paul (Deeds).

Hi! We have been working within the 100 capacity for our Pro license for the time being, but attendees may soon be exceeding the 100 limit. We require registrations at our meetings. My question is, do potential registrants receive a message that the meeting is full when we reach 100 registrations? Also, is there any way that we can determine how many people over the 100 limit tried to join, but couldn't? Knowing that number would give us a better handle on whether or not to increase capacity. I am shopping for a new Mac computer. I record 8-hour Zoom sessions every day and I want to publish them to Youtube as fast as possible. So I want the new computer to transcode the Zoom recordings as fast as possible. At the same time I do not want to needlessly pay for the expensive hardware that Zoom will not take advantage of. So what affects the encoding time of Zoom recordings the most? I am using "Optimize for 3rd party video editor" setting to further process the recordings with Timebolt, if that affects anything. Is it the CPU core count? Is it the GPU core count? Is it the amount of Unified Memory (RAM)? Is it the speed of Unified Memory (200 vs 400 GB/s)? Is it the presence of media encoder in M1 Pro/Max/M2? What would be the recommended Macbook specs for maximizing Zoom transcoding times while keeping the cost of the computer under control?

Hello, i have zoom pro. i have a camera logitech brio, 4k. Window 10 on a pc. When i use the camera, the quality of the image is very clear. When i start zoom with the camera, i loose that clarity of image. Light is good however i dont have the quality of image as if i am only with the camera. I tested the image quality using recordings on cloud. i used 720 or 1080, on small group meeting without seeing a difference between the quality. I do zoom with recording. Why is the image not so good when using zoom? is this normal that i loose so much image quality? I set the video setting to HD and the others options offered to improve the image already. i used background and it show well. In recording, the image is stable, right, except the clarity of my face, compared to the clarity i get just using the camera. I just find out that to host meetings in 720p i need to request that in Zoom support. But it will need to be approved. I will wait to test my camera after i got the approval to have it in 720. Should i assume that my image quality will be better?

A host cannot screen share when 'Join' a meeting after participants have joined. No viewed documents appear in the Share Screen window. Share works when the host starts the meeting. This has not been a problem until recently. There have been no changes in Settings. Thanks for any advice.
