Hello everyone,

I am new to this software and I wanted to use it to make video calls to m family back in my home country. The family I use it with are older people in their 60s and early 70s but they are quite used to technology and are not 'technophobes'.

We tried to use it last week, however, when things were set up and running, they could see me but could not hear me and I could hear them but could not see them. We tried for such a long time to see if we could solve the problem but in the end we had to turn it off and just make a normal phone call.

Is there a solution to this problem?

I am using a Dell Precision M4800 laptop.  When troubleshooting my built-in webcam, I tried everything recommended in Zoom's Knowledge Base.  In Windows 10's settings, I made sure that the camera is turned on in Camera Privacy, and that desktop apps are allowed to access it.  When I join a meeting or start my own, and turn on my video, it stops a second or two after I turned it on.  A web search for "test webcam" takes me to a website where I can test the integrated webcam.  I get the error that it is being used or blocked by another application.  I checked for the latest Windows 10 updates, which supposedly updates the camera drivers.  Additionally, in Device Manager, I disabled, reenabled the camera, uninstalled, and used Scan for Hardware Changes, to detect and reinstall the drivers.  I also ran Microsoft's "Get Help" troubleshooting app on camera issues, and attempted to use the default video camera driver.  I also went to Dell for my Precision M4800, and downloaded Dell's Support Assist, to check for any manufacturer camera drivers.

After all the above steps, I still get the webcam blocked or used by another application error.  What else should I try?  How do I know when I should take my laptop in for professional help?  Is it possible, and how much does it cost to replace the built-in webcam?  Where would you take your laptop for professional help with the integrated webcam?  If using your 2020 iPhone SE as a webcam, how would you set that up?  If not, what kind of external webcam would you buy?  I am meeting with customers who need to see me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While we have a band session trainnig meeting in zoom. 

Frequently, There's a sound crushing problem when talking and playing. when I lecturing at room the sound of student's guitar also has to be listened, but because of my voice student's sound can't hear fluently. 

what i want is listen both sounds in lecture. 
how can i solve this problem? 

Hi, I'm having trouble when I move an occurence of a meeting that is part of a series....the Zoom link is corrupt.  Meaning, that when I check on the Mtg ID after I have moved the occurence -- and check the settings it will say " add zoom".  

Any suggestions on what to do here?

I gave permission to the one hosting regular meetings to have the ability to change my name. I would like to take this back, as they have changed my name to a name I would rather not have. How do I get back my control of changing my own name without them doing this remotely?

I have asked them to change my name on their screen, but they haven't done so. So, to exert more control on my ability to change my own name, please give me directions as to how to do this.

I updated zoom on one of our machines and pulled up a link to launch a meeting. When I launch the meeting it is still showing to be in the old version prior to the upgrade? I verified that the upgrade did take place because the desktop shortcut brings up the updated version.
