My question is related to Sign-in Methods. The settings are located in the main account management area: Advanced -> Security -> Sign-in Methods Is it possible to disable Allow users to sign in with work email but still allow some users (maybe a group of users) to use email authentication? I want to restrict most users to use SSO but allow a few to use email authentication.

Despite having Slack, we use in-meeting chat a lot as well. Is there a way to configure the meeting window so it comes up with the chat pane already visible and docked?
Yesterday, I updated Zoom to the current version 5.9.1. Since then, the app doesn't launch without sudo/root anymore, and also can't access my bluetooth headset, neither microphone nor speakers. A rollback to a previous version together with restarting the system solved the issue. FYI, Zoom version 5.9.1 seems to break on Debian kernel version 5.9.0. Maybe this info is helpful for somebody.

I allow my clients to record meetings, I do this by clicking participant icon at the bottom of the screen and then clicking 'allow participant to record'. Some of my clients can record and can't. The ones that can't are getting a message saying ' please request permission from the host to record' but I have already allowed permission? does anyone know how to resolve this, or why this might be happening with some of my clients and not others? i have asked clients to check their settings to make sure they have the 'allow host and participant to record the meeting to a local file' option selected and they all say that they do. Thanks

I have had mixed success with remote support for my approximately 35 users. The 64-bit Zoom MSI was deployed to them via a GPO. (This causes Zoom to install when the computer boots up). I can remotely see UAC prompts on some people's computers but not others. Note that most users already had a 32-bit per-user version of Zoom installed. With this version you can remotely control screens, but if anything requires elevation (e.g. installing or uninstalling something), you don't see the UAC prompt. When both versions are installed, you don't see the UAC prompts. The problem seems to clear up for some users, but not others, when the 32-bit Zoom is removed.

Hello, I am struggling to get the Record button to appear in a Zoom meeting (basic free account) I am setting up to record myself delivering a PowerPoint presentation. I wonder if anyone can help. I have already tried the following based on online advice: - I have ensured that I am the host - I have enabled the 'record locally' option within my settings - I am trying to record a meeting that I have started within the Zoom app/client (not the web version), and have updated this to the latest version - I have over 80GB of space remaining, so plenty to accommodate the recording - I have uninstalled then reinstalled the Zoom app, and restarted my laptop Still no luck! Any tips would be gratefully received! I am having to do this in Teams now but would rather use Zoom in future. Thank you!!

I have the free plan where my meetings can be up to 40 minutes. If I am scheduling back to back interviews, can I use my personal meeting room and schedule 30 minute meetings from 9-12pm or do I need to schedule them differently with each candidate having its own generated ID?

When creating a new profile in the organization, he receives an activation email in several consecutive days. Is there a way to stop this option?
