I'm on Win 11 with Office 365 on my desktop (not cloud) and using the most current Zoom Pro and using virtual background images frequently, yet I cannot share powerpoint as background because the option is grayed out. I don't find any signs of NVIDIA on my computer so I can't follow the steps that I've seen recommended related to that on an older post. 

Really want to use this feature but don't know what more I can do.  I tried turning off my usual background image to see if that was a factor, but it didn't help.  Screen shot as attachment.  Thank you!

We are using MobileIron to lock down iPads to use Zoom in a Single App Mode for a Sales. This facilitates sales where there is a non-sales center. The iPad is given to a guest where the guest logs in to the zoom meeting with the meeting ID and password/passcode. Once it is confirmed the guest can hear and see a Zoom link is sent in the meeting chat to connect the user to the Sales Rep's Zoom meeting.

 

According to users this worked up until 4 weeks ago but now the link sent in the chat no longer works. I have tested this. The link in the chat is not "clickable" while the iPad is locked down to use only Zoom as the single app. Once the iPad has been removed from the "lock-down"  the link to the Sales Rep's Zoom meeting is now clickable and the guest can start the meeting. It appears that the link worked on single app prior to Zoom version 5.11.2.

 

Is there a way to manage Zoom to allow a link sent in a chat to work when an iPad is locked down to only use Zoom?

I want to have participants vote durnig a meeting using a poll for the best costume. I would like the results of the poll to be known during the meeting.

 

I plan to ask each participant to assign a number to their screen name so that other members of the meeting can vote based on the screen name/number.

 

The meeting has approximately 150 people. Meaning that there are 150 different choices to vote for.

 

How can I best set this up?

Expanding the meeting history

I like joining meetings from the meeting history. Click Join, then click History, and choose from the list of previous meetings. Is there a way to expand this list?

Hello Zoom community, I have a problem utilizing the zoom. It keeps saying update the zoom even though I did. Also, after I remove the zoom and try to download the updated version, it says there is an error. Do you guys know how to solve it?

How to enable Live Transcription so that default view is transcription hidden?

At our meetings we have one participant who was born deaf and uses a cochlear implant. She can benefit from Live Transcription. I learned how to enable Live Transcription, but the default view seems to be to show the transcription to everyone. This would require everyone at the meeting who does not require a transcription to turn off the service. Is there a way to change the default view to hide the transcription, and require an action on the part of the participants to show it?

Meetings I host are dropping but coming back, despite good internet and updated versions on HP

I am the host of meetings.  After some time I get disconnected.  Sometimes it pops back on after a minute.  Sometimes it doesn't.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.   I have the latest version.  As of yesterday, I have to reboot my HP laptop.   It seems like it times out or stops after some time.  I am hardwired in.  I only lose it on the one laptop.   I don't have VPN and Firewall setting is clicked to allow Zoom App.   And my TCP is set to "any".   I have a feeling something got reconfigured after an update from Zoom or on the computer, but I can't figure it out.

Good day! Where is the button to contact support. I need to enable HD 720p or 1080 mode for my profile. I made all the necessary settings in the profile. My devices - computer, camera and internet connection meet all the conditions for HD 720p and maybe even 1080. Right now I'm not very happy with the quality of the recorded video. Help me please.
