Dear Community Members

I have a PRO Account and will host a meeting for participants in China.

I wanted to share the dial-in number for China, but it says "Update Subscription to support".

However, it is not clear in what level this information is disclosed (Business? Enterprise?)

Can anyone help me find the China dial-in number please?

With many thanks!

Francine (from Switzerland)

How to save previous zoom ID'S to my profile?

I got a new MacBook and I don't see how to save previous zoom ID's to my profile. On the old MacBook it would have a drop down list to choose from; on this one - no.☹️

Hi,

We are an international full remote company and we are running a general daily each day.

The meeting is a recurrent meeting set by Google gSuite and it is being hosted by one of our team members.

In a case, this team member has another meeting at the same time he is unable to host it due to a limitation on one meeting per account at a time.

Is there a way to create a "public" meeting room that the team can use for such common meetings?

Any information I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to do so without an option to switch to Zoom commercial?

Thanks,

Hi, Y'all -

I continue to struggle with epilepsy, and unfortunately, during a video session last week, I had a grand-mal seizure over zoom. As you can see in the screenshot attached (me in the red frame), my seizure created a lot of tension. Therefore, I am contacting you in the Zoom Community to see if there are any suggestions of what my professor (The Host) could have done differently.

During my event, unfortunately, I had my microphone on mute. I had a virtual background that was not clear and headphones in my ears. So when the first responders arrived, my class struggled to communicate and understand what was happening.

What does Zoom currently have in place to help in emergencies like these? I know The Host can auto turn off and ASK a user to turn on their audio/video. Are there options the Host has when the user is unconscious and unresponsive?

1. turn the user mic on?

2. turn the virtual background off?

3. turn the speaker on for communication with the first responder?

4. leave a prominent note on a computer screen for the first responder?

Your feedback, insights, and other ideas would be greatly appreciated as I continue to use Zoom as a primary source of video conferencing for school.

Cheers

-Hunter
