Hello! I've been using Zoom (free version) for 2 years now and never had any problems with it. Nonetheless, since today morning, i've been starting my meetings for my online appointments (they last around 50-55 minutes, with only one person besides me) and it pops up a warning that my meeting is going to be finished because the duration is only 40 minutes - but I know this only applies to meetings with 3 or more people. Did this happen with anyone? Thank you!

Hello, I have been trying to access recordings on the cloud and I get the above error message. I'm getting this message for new recordings, and also for old recordings that I have previously been able to access. I checked my account and I have heaps of storage left on my cloud. I'm not doing anything different to what I have been doing for the past few years. I have checked the trash and the files are not in their. The files are visible, but I just get the error code when I try to view.

The new 40 minute meeting limitation with 2 participants is an understandable thing to do. However, with my situation, it's a bit annoying. I am currently paying for a Pro license that my wife uses more often than I. From time to time, I need to make a Zoom call that lasts for more than 40 minutes. The times that we need to use Zoom are always different. She uses Zoom early in the mornings and I use it later in the afternoon. Feature Request: Instead of assigning the Pro license to an user, I think it would make more sense to have Floating Licenses. We would have one license in a "pool", when one of us starts a meeting, we can opt to use one of the available Pro licenses. If we schedule a meeting that is more than 30 minutes, it can reserve the Pro license. There is no need to go into the user management and change someone from Pro to Basic and the other person from Basic to Pro. This practice is pretty common in other industries. For example, AutoDesk AutoCAD has a perpetual license that you can buy for each computer. Or, you can buy a floating license that would allow an Engineer to grab the license when they launch AutoCAD. If I have 15 engineers and 10 licenses then 10 of them can be using the full version concurrently.

I am new to setting up meetings using zoom. I want to record audio files on separate tracks to be used for podcast editing. When I try to save the setting to enable it, I am being told that I cannot save the new settings as it is saying, "not logged in". Does it mean I am not logged into zoom or the cloud? If the cloud, how do I do so?

How can I work around the Pro Account 40 minute time limit without upgrading to a $1999.99 per year subscription for 10 users/licenses as I only need one user/license but want to be able to schedule 2 hour meetings.
Just had my laptop reset as I had problems. I now find I can sign into zoom but when I click on the meeting I want to open, it just goes to "launch meeting" which I don't normally have to do. But I've clicked on that and nothing happening. It must be the laptop because no problems on my work laptop. How do I reset this? I've tried signing in and out. Thanks in advance for any help.
