I tried to delete it and reinstall it because the zoom was not running, but I couldn't delete it because 'errorcode 3000' popped up.

I manage a Zoom account with multiple users. Occasionally they get kicked out and an email is generated by Zoom with a code to be able to rejoin the Zoom Meeting in progress. Because the email is sent to one specific email account that most users do not have access to, they are unable to get this code. I am attempting to try to set a filter for the Gmail account (that is the username for the Zoom Account) to allow these emails from Zoom to be forwarded to all of the approved Zoom Hosts. Unfortunately I don't know what these emails look like and need some info to include in the filter to allow these to be recognized and forwarded. Need help. Thanks M

how to disable scheduled meeting at same time in zoom
I'm trying to pre-assign participants to breakout rooms using a CSV file. When they came into the meeting only 2 were assigned. They said they are all using the same email address for Zoom. I only had 8 people so I could manually assign them but when I have meetings with 80 I don't want this to happen. How do I ensure they all get assigned based on the CVS file. I used the template provided by Zoom.

HELP. I have priviledges to set a zoom meeting for others in my company, but I can't go back in and edit them even if I created them or not? What a. I doing wrong? We use the gmail/zoom interface.

I just got a new MacBook Pro partly because my Zoom audio was bad and it interfered with other meeting participants. Now the sound is fine, but now my video continually freezes and unfreezes every few seconds, and also goes black, alternating with working for a few seconds—very distracting.

I cannot login to my account with my email and password. I am still able to access my account by clicking "forgot password?" so I can reset my password in the settings. When I sign out and try to log back in with the same password that I just changed it too, it says it's the wrong password. I need to be able to login with my email and password because my account is linked to my school email.

Greetings I bought a new Chrome tablet. While using Zoom the reception is awful. I have tried the new PWA and still bad . MY signal strength is good but ugh . Most of the meeting participants aren't visible and when I talk it has so much static. Is there a fix. thanks?

Trying this topic again, as I haven't had any success getting help. I have a RODE USB-mini mic, and a Logitech C505e camera. The camera has its own microphone and despite trying EVERYTHING in settings, zoom overrides the RODE mic and insists on using the camera's mic. If I disable the camera's mic, then Zoom says it can't find a microphone. The only way I can use my external mic is if I don't use the external camera, but the internal camera on my computer sucks. I've seen other people with these kinds of conflicts in messaging, but so far, nothing works. I have already reinstalled zoom, updated my PC, checked settings, both in Zoom AND in Windows. Isn't there someone who can troubleshoot this issue?
