Hello,I have an issue. I have digital output connected to my speakers but zoom is not able to pick up the sound. The only way I can get zoom to pick up any sound is if I plug in my headphones in to the aux input and select it as my default output ins...

Sometimes the output changes when installing or connecting a new device. Check the sound output, make sure it's for the right device. I would also check the settings on the software that came with your device.

Hello,I suggest using a different audio output. Digital output has issues for me but when I use headphones or speaker out it works, everyone is able to see and hear the video I'm streaming. Let me know if that works. If not, try updating drivers.

I suggest using auxiliary headphones or external speakers and see if that helps your issue. Test after every change.
