Hello all, I have quite the annoying problem with "Screen Sharing". Whenever I share my screen (which happens all the time, as I have to show my students Exercises/Pictures/Graphs etc.), my video (mind you, not the screen I'm sharing but the little window showing me) will randomly start flickering/flashing, growing in intensity, until my camera will simply switch off. I can then turn it on again, but the problem will remain. This is NOT your typical "flickering because of lighting (i.e. 50/60Hz)" - the screen will actually "flash" white (sometimes green). I've tried all of the recommended trouble shooting I could find (switching video rendering mode in zoom settings / upgrading any/all of the drivers / switching USB ports or cables etc.), but nothing solved the problem. The camera I'm using is the Logitech Brio 4K (Stream Edition), I'm on Win 10, GPU/CPU should absolutely be able to handle this and the problem only occurs on Zoom and only during screen sharing... Any other info you need? Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Cheers

We have 8 of us in a team that are in the same Zoom business "account". Is it possible to setup our accounts so that any member of the team is ALWAYS able to start another team members meetings. We currently add co-hosts, but a couple of zoom implementations make that really long winded, and we're all happy to share access rights. Is there another way of doing it? what we are trying to achieve is to have Bob create a meeting that Steve can start- but Bob needs to be able to send out invites.....

I use to see 49 people in gallery, now I only see 25...One of the post suggest the following: Please check the option to display 49 in the gallery view on the Settings -> Video window. When I am on my account page, and go to settings under "Personal" I cannot see anything related to Video window. Where do I find this setting? On my account? When in a meeting? Thanks....

I want to customize the names of my breakout rooms and allow participants to opt into them. It is not a set group of participants, just anyone who comes to my zoom room. I do not want to tie it to a specific meeting; whenever I open my zoom room I want to be able to create breakout rooms that participants can opt into without having to retype the breakout group names - I'd like to be able to select from a preset group of breakout group names that I have already created. Another user has made this same request, but the issue is marked as solved even though it is not at all. Can zoom please add this feature ASAP? https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Saving-breakout-room-names/td-p/5240

I have weekly meetings with breakout rooms. I use the same rooms each week, and permit attendees to choose which breakout room they will join. After starting the meeting each time, I have to type in the breakout group names again (The names are the same every week). Surely there is a way to save these names so they don't have to be re-typed every time, but I cannot find it. If there is no feature for this, there surely should be! Please! Thanks in advance for any helpful hints.

Hi. There were a number of files uploaded to a meeting, and where not downloaded during the meeting. Now they are not available in chat download. Is there another way of retrieving these files?
We have an enterprise Zoom account with licensed users. Currently, our meeting's will time out after 40 minutes if only one person is present in the call. Is it possible to lower this limit? We have a use-case where we want a meeting to end after 5 minutes if there is only one participant.

Hi Zoom Community!
I want to share a certain section of my website during our meeting. Is there a way to do that?im a novice zoom user kindly guide me i want to show just this section of my website. Thanks!
A meeting registrant insists that he couldn't join a meeting because zoom never sent him a registration approval email (the email that contains the meeting join link, id and passcode), and he is asking for proof that zoom sent one to his email address. Where can I find email tracking receipts of zoom emails to meeting registrants?
