Hi everyone, I've noticed what I assume is a glitch recently where the host or co-host renames breakout rooms, but no one else can see the change. The participants and other hosts/co-hosts simply see Room 1, Room 2, etc. Multiple co-hosts can change the names and they will only see their own changes. Has anyone else come across this and discovered a fix?

Is it possible to have more registrations for a Zoom meeting than what my current license allows as a limit of participants? I.e. while on Pro license have over 100 registrations for the meeting assuming not everyone show up. Thanks for advice!
Would Zoom support please chime in on this? This only recently started. I just did the newest update but it still is showing me while my guest is speaking. This needs to be addressed by Zoom.
My course participants cannot access the recorded zoom meetings. The password given by zoom to access the meeting is incorrect for alle my participants.
What can I do to give my course participants access to the zoom meetings? How do I receive a new password that works?

I don't know what happened, but after the latest update, the desktop app crashes. i can't even get into a meeting. Nothing I do, running the ZoomInstaller, restart, tried installing 32 and 64 both, same issue. Changed video settings to not even use hardware accleration, etc. Firewalls off, STILL it crashes and or won't load.

When sharing a PowerPoint presentation the thumbnail videos of participants (and myself) disappear. This only started yesterday. They start out showing up then when I stop sharing and reshare the presentation, they disappear. It says, “Thumbnails hidden on full screen.” I don’t see any way to recover them so I can see my participants layered over my PowerPoint.

When sharing a presentation the thumbnail videos of participants (and myself) disappear. This only started yesterday. I have checked my settings. They are not set to "hide participants". Can anyone advise? The participants can still see each other and me. We can still all hear each other.

One participant joined the zoom meeting on his computer through emailed invite link. He shared screen on his desktop. The screen appeared transparent, showing his iphone phone keyboard underneath. It looked like his share screen was an overlay over the phone, but he joined zoom through his desktop. Can anyone explain how this would happen?

I used to be able to record to the cloud with the active speaker NEXT to the shared screen. In settings, I have unchecked the "record active speaker with Shared Screen. The rest of the boxes are checked (e.g. record active speaker, gallery view, and shared screen separately). Has there been a change in how recordings work? I need for the speaker(s) to NOT overlap the shared screen. Thanks for any suggestions.
