Every Sunday I share music videos and play the piano "live"; Today a "whooshing" background sound started after about 30 seconds and then gradually got louder. Any ideas how/why this change was heard for the first time today?
Hi, does anyone know how I can transfer users from my master account to a sub account? There is an article saying for Zoom phone that you have to email support. For Zoom meetings, can this be done by Admins or is there a support email address that will accept requests to do this?

We've been using Zoom in our business for a few years. Our IT department (which I am part of) manages around 500 endpoints. This week we've had two reports of users who say meeting attendees are telling them their audio is cutting out. So the people on the other end intermittently can't hear our staff. On the affected computers, I've tried replacing their headsets, but the issue persists. I've tried both USB and 3.5mm headsets. It also happens with the built in laptop mic. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but the issue persists. I've tested the audio in other apps like Skype, Teams, and sound recorder, and the mics all work fine. I found one suggestion online to go into advanced audio settings in Zoom and change the signal processing from auto to off/raw, but that didn't help. These are all fairly new Lenovo T14 and L14 laptops, 2021 or newer, on win10 Pro x64. I've made sure Zoom is updated, all windows updates are installed, and all driver/firmware updates available from Lenovo are done. So it could just be those two machines are acting up somehow that re-imaging them may fix, but I noticed something in testing that I want to confirm is normal. I can replicate a similar behaviour just by starting a meeting (just with myself in it), and then doing a mic test. If I start counting to 20, I'll hear myself sometimes, and then it cuts out for a bit, then comes back. So I may here like "1,2.......7,8,9.......16,17...". This is while wearing a headset, so I wouldn't expect it to be zoom cutting out background noise/feedback, but wanted to confirm. Is that normal? It does it on my own laptop, which otherwise isn't having any trouble in actual meetings.

When I use my AirPods Max with Zoom, I don't get any audio output except for very quiet crackling noises. When I go to Zoom settings (specifically the "Test Speaker" feature), everything looks as though there should be normal audio output, but I have no sound. I tried everything imaginable from switching settings around, setting my AirPods as the default device, updating my drivers etc, nothing works. The only thing that works is connecting my headphones with an AUX cable, however, I prefer using them without one. Audio works in all other applications except Zoom.

This is a very weird issue. As of recent, in some Zoom meetings, my AirPods Max switch from the usual "AirPods Max" to "AirPods Max - Find My" in my Bluetooth settings. Whenever this happens, the audio is ridiculously loud and muffled and there's no way to turn it down. I can operate the volume bar but it doesn't register. There's no way for me to switch back to the usual "AirPods Max" in Zoom or Windows settings and reconnecting them also doesn't work. The only way to reconnect back to normal sound is to leave the Zoom meeting, upon which I automatically reconnect to "AirPods Max" with normal sound quality and control. This ONLY happens in Zoom meetings, which is why I'm posting here and not at Apple or Windows boards. This is very annoying because I literally can't participate in Zoom meetings whenever this happens. I don't have any other options at the moment except for connecting my AirPods to my PC with a cable (which I have yet to order...). Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi! I want to be able to set up zoom meetings by dropping a link in a recurring monthly calendar invite to 5 or so other people.
I won't actually be on the zoom (i am just an organiser) so how do i leave a link they can click on and someone is the "host" or no one is a host and everyone is granted presentation rights, no waiting room...and the 'Host' or first person online can test the setup 5mins before meeting?
THANKS in advance, very new novice zoom user.

Hoping to find a list of users with their OS and software version, so I can keep them all up to date. I know I can set a force option, but I do no want that.
Any ideas?
Hi There, Can anyone tell me if I have an existing recurring meeting that started two months ago - can i add an alternative hose to start and run the meeitng if I am not on the call? If yes how do I do it? I have tried t do it to the meeting appointment in outlook - but when I add the name it doesn't allow me to save it - it says 'add zoom meeting ' - I haven't selected this as I am afraid it will go to all the attendees and will change my meeting. I have also tried to do it on Zoom .com on the Web. It allows me to add the new name but when I open the appointment in outlook there is no alternative host name. Is there a way around this? Thank you, Helen
