As host, how do I open a meeting using the phone keypad?

I assume there is keypad code for this, but I can't find it in any instuctions so far.

Do not want display settings page on application start

I don't see anything in settings that allows me to turn off the dialog display on application startup. How can I turn this off? I'm using a Mac desktop, OS 10.11.6.

How not display Zoom settings on startup, which is on by default

After Zoom updates, it seems to default back to showing the settings/profile pane by default, and it displays every time I start Zoom. How to I turn this off as the default setting? I'm using a Mac OS desktop.
