When the audio transcription is live it displays with attendees names,  but when you save the audio transcription and the view it displays as just a load of text that makes no sense , is there an option to view the saved audio transcript with names ? reason is I am looking for a feature that someone can use to produce minutes of a meeting 

Please help me understand if there is any way for me to type in my notes on the live screen where I am engaging with other participant (s), without them being able to see my notes.

Does Zoom itself have this functionality or is there a note taking app that would hover on the side or bottom of the screen where such notes can be typed in and viewed later?

For the first time today, I had the option of taking notes while in a meeting. When I clicked a button, it opened a document with all relevant meeting info. I wanted to know if the notes are shared with all participants, but I can neither find documentation on this nor get it to appear as an option again.

Is anyone out there with experience with this and is able to point me in the right direction?

Hello!

It is being quite hard to keep the latest meetings in Zoom when you are using Outlook Desktop plugin.

What I am facing is when I change the meeting in Outlook instead of being changed in Zoom it's being created a new meeting.

This happens in the following scenarios:
1st) When clicking in invite attendees and then changing the title or changing the hour;

2nd) Creating the meeting thought Outlook and then after checking  "Schedule Assistant";

3rd) Just changing the begin, or end date, or both.

But the worst part is when you delete one of the duplicated meetings and try to change the meeting location to keep only the valid url and you cannot close outlook or the meeting window, only by ending the task in Task Manager.

I find that when I initiate a Zoom on one of my computers, I am not recognized when I try to enter the meeting as a host on another computer.  Zoom assumes I am a new person and says, "Waiting for host to enter the meeting".  How do I get around this?

Have you experience on "Breakout Room pre-assign ” menu  disappered under the "options" menu in Setting page?

I can't find  "Breakout Room pre-assign ” menu  under the "options" , sometime in Windows I can see this menu, but in Mac I can't see. and sometime it's  on the contrary.  and sometime I can's see in both platform.

Can you help to let me know the possible reason?

I have a Pro account. I have two computers, only one of which was used with Zoom. That computer crashed yesterday while in the midst a Zoom meeting I was hosting (with 1 individual). When the computer restarted, I signed out of Zoom. Subsequently, I logged in to Zoom on my second computer and started a new meeting. Things seem to work fine until the 1 individual was greeted with a message stating I had another meeting in progress. I ended for the meeting for all, quit Zoom, and the other individual and I tried again. Same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
