I give Powerpoint presentations from time to time. When I share my screen and go into Presentation mode the Meeting Attendees cannot see my full screen but only see the Current slide and the presenters slides on the left of screen, even though, I am viewing full screen. What do I need to change in order to rectify this.

Hi, Twice this week, we (IT Infrastructure department) have been called for excessive Zoom Filtering. Despite this url: we discovered that we need to maintain a special list with: and later with: Non-authoritative answer: what's wrong ? we refreshed url, we circumvent proxy, we retrieve it from external server, even from home... is it the good url to retrieve IPRange for Zoom ? I was presenting a Keynote presentation last night, using their Zoom account. An "intruder" logged on, froze my slideshow, and was able to "draw" on the screen for all to see. What settings are involved to NOT have that occur? (1) What should I tell future clubs to do on THEIR end, and (2) what should I do on MY end?

Hi, I'm using zoom to run an online summer camp. And we have a producer who hosts all the live workshops. Participants are logging in to the workshops and taking host from our producer. It is random and randomly our producer gets host back. Sometimes they get co-host when they log in. My settings are that co-host is not enabled. So I'm not sure why this is happening. Help! Thanks

I have recorded a meeting and I am trying to copy the link to a power point presentation for my professor to open. I have copied the link but the link is not able to be opened. Is there a way to fix this problem?

We use Zoom to run morse code lessons. When we join the meeting we can all hear each other. I take the Host, mute and start sharing a morse code program or webpage to send the code. When the code is finished, I reveal the code that was sent, unmute and sometimes I cannot be heard until I stop the share. More lessons are sent and then usually we have more audio problems. If more than one person is unmuted we cannot hear each other. We have to get each person to unmute to speak and all others muted or we cannot hear. Does anyone have any hints of what we can do to overcome this? We have to have background suppression set to low to enable the morse code to be heard and all our mics and speakers are working fine when we join the meeting, it is only after screens have been shared that the problems appear.

I'm working in a bilingual environment and need to present the text in two languages.
I'm currently using a "/" between French and English, but would also like to insert a line break (SHIFT + ENTER doesn't seem to do anything).
Any suggestions?

I'm teaching a hybrid class this week and next, with some students in the classroom and some at home participating via Zoom. We have a big TV in our classroom, and I would like to use my iPad and apple pencil to write on pdfs of worksheets that I've got on my iPad and cast that to the TV in the classroom while also screen sharing on Zoom. That way the students on Zoom can see all of the work I'm doing and the notes I'm taking on those worksheets, and the students in the classroom can see it too because they are watching all of this on the big TV in the classroom. I know I can screen mirror my iPad onto the TV when I'm using Zoom, but whenever I try to screenshare, it says I'm not allowed to do that. It says screensharing is not allowed while apple airplay, etc, etc, and screen mirroring are in use. I know there has to be a way to do this, because I know teachers who've had to do this - or something like it - all year last year. I know you can do it with Zoom Rooms (found some stuff on this site about that) but I don't know how to use Zoom Rooms. And if you have to get them to mail you some contraption in order to be able to use Zoom Rooms, I won't be able to do that (class ends at the end of this week - very time-sensitive issue). Can anyone help?

Hello, Our account just renewed but prior to the renewal we had a recurring meeting with the same call in number, id etc... Is there anyway yo extend the recurring meeting with the old information into the new option period? Oh do we have to set up all new recurring meetings?
