For the past two months I have been receiving a popup stating the my microphone is not detected. At this point no one can here me and I lose all Zoom controls. I have been advised by Zoom to uninstall and reinstall. I have done that three times. Zoom has sent a cleanup package that has proven ineffective. 

I have a brand new Dell computer and a brand new Logitec camera/microphone. This problem has occurred FOUR times over the last eight days alone and is causing me to miss and drop out of NECESSARY meetings. Someone PLEASE help me fix this problem. I just received my latest invoice from Zoom so I know someone is working, at least in the billing department.

I have a paid Zoom account, which I use between/across various devices (iPhone, iPad, Windows 10 PC, etc.).

Lately, whether I host a meeting or attend via invitation to another host’s meeting, it seems the profile photo I previously set in Zoom Profile Settings keeps changing, without my having done so.

I think this is because I always log into Zoom using my Google Account as it’s faster than other methods, so Zoom uses my Google account profile photo. This is my preferred login method.

Can there be an improvement made to Zoom Profile Settings, perhaps with a checkbox option (e.g., “Keep this photo as default? Y/N), to keep any particular photo I choose in Settings to be the default, regardless of which method of login I use?

ZOOMを起動し、ホストとして登録した定期的なミーティングを開始しました。

が、ミーティング画面が開きません。
タスクバーを右クリックすると、ミーティング画面が見えます（他のメンバーや共有資料）

しかし、開くことができません。
また、その画面の右上の×印をクリックしても終了することができません。

「ミーティングを退出」ボタンを押して、他の人をホストにしました。
それから、ZOOMをタスクマネージャーで閉じて、PCを再起動しました。

それでも同じ状態です。
自分がホストではない、他のミーティングでも同様でした。

どのように対応すればよろしいでしょうか？

I have 2 separate accounts: a personal one and an account from my employer; I use Chrome to access the desktop version of Zoom for both accounts. That Employer account goes through Google for logging in to Zoom. BTW, I'm on an old Intel iMac using the latest version of Catalina (10.15.7). Everything was working perfectly with the Employer account until I upgraded Zoom to the latest version, 5.13.0 (13815). Now, while my personal account goes through and opens a Zoom window perfectly, my Employer account will not open the Zoom window. Just to be clear, for my Employer account, I click the Google option on the sign-in page, then enter my employee email address on the Google page that opens up, at which point I'm taken to my Employer account main page (Profile, Meetings, etc.). Since upgrading to 5.13.0, the Zoom Meeting window no longer opens when I try to start a meeting: I click on the "Open Zoom.us" pop-up, but nothing happens - no meeting window! Meanwhile, my personal account opens up just fine from Chrome. I do not want to use the Zoom within browser Chrome window because it's not clear enough for the meetings I hold. So, I'm now left telling people to use my personal Zoom account for business meetings, which is not appropriate within the organization.

There seems to be no place for me to download the previous version of Zoom I had, with which I had no issues.

Not happy!
