When i preview video everything is fine but when I join meeting my video is getting breaked.. Could anyone help me

I have the same problem since 19th of December. I use a laptop with windows 10 pro. The camera included used to worked perfectly but with zoom the video crashed.

 

Is it possible to download/access a previous release of zoom to test it?
