Today, several PDF files were shared in chat during a meeting. I was able to download all but one. Everyone else was able to download all. No error message. It said "click to download" but nothing would happen. I could click and download all other files. The size of the file was smaller than some, larger than others, so I don't think it was a size thing. They tried reposting it several times and it happened each time for one specific file. Any thoughts?

Can anybody tell me if I can get a 4k(UHD) resolution on video on zoom meetings with an additional 4k camera? Does zoom support 4k(UHD) video meetings? 1. how should my settings be? 2. Should I upgrade my plans? if no, 1. Is it due to a lack of technical skills or due to low demand?
I did find HD resolution but couldn't find anything above that resolution.

We ran a session today with 30 breakout rooms ('bor'). We had rehearsed wi the the breakout room "managers" beforehand to make sure everyone knew what to do. But on the day we had various issues: Now, I appreciate that people on old OS's or out of date Zoom clients may have had problems. but when we rehearsed on Friday afternoon it worked. But today, some of those people for whom it worked yesterday, found that it did not work We had to resort to admitting people manually which was a PITA, especially as, just as we has completed that task, Zoom spontaneously dropped the entire meeting and we had to start over. I'd appreciate any insights on what we could have done to avoid this please?

Hi all, Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. I've been continuously dealing with this issue for a while now and am out of ideas how to fix this, perhaps some of you could help. Each time I try logging in it gives me this (tried different web browsers to no avail): Oops! We were unable to complete your request. Please try again. (300) I don't think it's endpoint related, there's no issue with the network connectivity either. Everything else, any other app on my laptop works just fine. This used to work BTW, not anymore and I wish I knew what the root cause is. Tried reinstalling the zoom app, but that didn't seem to help either, the issue remains. Any idea how to wipe all zoom user settings from my machine, so I could start completely fresh, pristine installation? I suspect some settings are cached even when you remove zoom. I'm on a Mac if that makes a difference. Any suggestions welcome at this point, thank you!

I am running Zoom Meeting on PCs. On two different PCs I have had trouble with the HD option crashing the Meetings app. I have also noticed my recording file size has dropped significantly. I know that the Zoom meetings app wants to default to a base resolution of 360. I use OBS virtual camera to switch cameras in the meeting. One includes a camera over a text, so I need higher resolution on one of the PCs. Has anyone had similar issues?

Hi, I am using an iMac & Mac keyboard with Windows as my OS. Whenever I am participating in a zoom call, the numbers stop working on my keyboard and instead become zoom shortcut keys. My keyboard doesn't have the number keypad; these are the number keys along the top of my keyboard. If I press Shift + #, then the keys work correctly (Shift +1 = !, Shift + 2 = @, etc) The number keys become: 1 = turn video on/off 2 = mute/ unmute 3 = displays side-by-side speaker view 4 = displays side-by-side gallery view 5 = displays chat 6 = displays participants The remaining numbers work as they should. What might be causing this?

I have problems with the sound when I use Zoom meetings. The sound is interrupted. It starts ok, but then it becomes lower, then again it can be ok. Because of that sometimes people don`t hear some words. I checked the whole sound in the browser, it is ok and in general these problems are only in zoom. What can I do with it?

I have two screens on my computer. My microphone works fine on my main computer laptop. However, I am hearing the other meeting attendees on my second screen. How do I switch this to my main computer laptop speaker?
I have been searching for 2 days for the polling feature. It appeared and enabled it, but now I can't find it again. Why is this feature so difficult to find? It does not appear under "Meeting (in Basic)" as the instructions say. PLEASE HELP!!! Where is it?
