I'm using iPad for zoom meeting

and I realize that when I open the zoom meeting and music player in a same time, the volume is decrease

also same when I start screen sharing then open music player

before open zoom, the volume is loud

but when already open a zoom meeting, the volume is decrease
already try to use speaker, but it's also same, the volume is too low

then, when I close the zoom meeting, it's back to normal ( loud again )

Hello, I am a research assistant currently conducting a study that requires me to use Zoom. I am going to pair participants into groups of two on Zoom and have them interact with each other. I will also be using Prolific and Qualtrics for this study. I was wondering if there was a way to integrate Zoom, Prolific, and Qualtrics by any chance? I wanted to embed two Prolific IDs into each Zoom invite link so that when participants fill out the Qualtrics survey, they can enter in the Zoom invite link and it will automatically fill in their partners prolific ID. Does anyone know of a way to embed Prolific IDs into a zoom invite link?

group chat disappeared all the sudden.

this happened to several group made by 4 specific members.

(4members,A,B,C,D. the disappeared groups were made by ABC,ACD,BCD)

the group chat disappeared in all member's chat room list.

when we search the contents, it sometimes comes back, but sometimes doesn't.

After coming back, it has only 1 month of chat history. Disappears again in few days.

I'm sure the rooms and the histories aren't deleted because they exist in the admin page on broswer.

Does anyone know something about this?
