Close Caption processing
We are using Zoom's closed captioning and want to check if we could be provided with where and how the closed captioning is processed. ie DC in SG or AU as there was no documentation regarding this.

I have two pro accounts, one is personal, I'm hard of hearing and I really rely on captions. The personal account works just fine, live transcription works on that, but I also have a business account, it's for a nonprofit - Autistic Women's Alliance, and it no longer works, and I saw that it's still enabled in settings, but when I turn on "live captions" nothing appears on the screen. Why is this working for one pro account, and not for another? This is a nonprofit that serves disabled individuals that do have accessibility needs. Autistic individuals have similar auditory processing issues that hard of hearing and Deaf individuals have. I'm hard of hearing, so I really need the captions. It'd be great if I can get this turned back on with my Autistic Women's Alliance account, otherwise we'd have to look for another service and we can hardly afford Zoom licensing as it is Thank you Carrie Hall

Set up a meeting, sent out the invites. I dialed in and everything looked ok, but then realized noone is dialing in. Texted some of the participants and they said they got a message saying I am in a different call. What does that mean?
Hello, I want to enable closed captioning for our company but i am not sure about the good option to choose between automatic translation and third party one. On zoom page here i can see the automatic transcription is only available in English and also have some limitations. I need a solution available from English to French/ French to english. Can anyone advise me ?

My own webcam is to the left of my screen so it is more natural that when I am talking to someone during a shared session, my eyes are more directed towards the camera.In Zoom's side-by-side mode, the shared screen is to the left of all the webcam videos. Is there a way to swap this so that the shared screen is on the right?

Hi everyone! My camera keeps freezing and going black 5-10 minutes after class starts. The camera works fine on all other websites. I have tried installing the new Zoom for Chromebooks app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the computer, and ensured the Chromebook has all it's updates. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

i am presenting a powerpoint presentation with hyperlinks that go back and forth within the presentation. BUT, I'm running the pp using Libre Impress since i don't have ms office. how can i get those hyperlinks to print something at the bottom of the display screen as a subtitle or reasonable facsimile since Libre Impress doesn't handle them well.? the hyperlinks are sporadic throughout the presentation. when i continue with the presentation i would like the popup to disappear. if i type a cc in manually, can i type multiple cc's and display them at the appropriate time while still in the presentation? i just don't want to interrupt the presentation needlessly. i'm using a dell inspiron 15 3000 laptop w/win 10.

Hello, I'm hoping someone can assist me with a tech issue (that is probably simple). I work as an assistant to my supervisor and therefore need to make Zoom meetings on his behalf. He currently has me listed under his settings as a delegate with access to preform such tasks. We use the Zoom Google Calendar add-on to schedule meetings. After creating a meeting and clicking "Add Video Conferencing" it populates with a scheduled Zoom link/passcode and lists him/his email as being the 'host.' When I send out the invitation to the attendees, it sends them/my supervisor an email that says the meeting has been 'rescheduled.' We both turned off personal meeting ID links in our online profile settings, so it isn't that. Not sure if it is on his end or mine, but it could potentially become quite confusing for others. Would anyone know how I can resolve this issue? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you!

I'm attempting to discover how Zoom counts Licensed Users. Under User Management, Users, and then the 'Advance' tab, it lists the total users, basic users, Licensed users, and so on. Currently, my Licenses Users equal 15. If I go back to the Users Tab, go into Advance Search, and filter by type = licensed, it displays 15 at the bottom of the screen; however, when I count the Licensed Users on screen or perform an export and count it in Excel, it only displays 14? Why does it tell me I have 15 Licensed Users but only display 14?

Hello, folks! I frequently share my screen during Zoom calls and play videos from YouTube on my web browser for my Zoom audience. Periodically, I have an issue where my audience is able to hear the audio from the YouTube share, but the video is frozen. I have installed the most recent Zoom update and I have a very fast internet connection, so those aren't issues. I am using an iMac and I have a RODE Rodecaster Pro audio interface connected, if that information helps in diagnosing this issue. I have also tried restarting my computer, to no avail. This most recent issue seems like it may have begun after I had temporarily signed into another Zoom account from my computer and then gone back to my normal Zoom account.
