I have a Logitech C310 web cam that used to work perfectly with zoom.  That stopped, not sure when or how.  I have confirmed the web cam works, even uninstalled and reinstalled the software.  Camera works, but not for zoom.  I get a message to use another camera?  I don't have another web cam.  Suggestions, please.

Hello.  I am running into a sporadic using the /meetings/{meetingId}/registrants API method.

Specifically, we occasionally encounter participant arrays without a last_name key.  See examples below.

All of the other keys are always present -- in the same order -- whether or not a value is available for them.  last_name, however, is often missing, usually at least a few times per meeting (this client averages something like 100 per meeting).  This causes issues for us when iterating through participants to write them into a .CSV file for export to our ESP...

Any ideas?  Whether it's required or not (I"ve asked the client to confirm), shouldn't at least the key be present in the data array?

Apologies for asking what might be an obvious question.
Wanting to confirm that Zoom meetings recorded to the cloud are recorded directly in the cloud and not stored locally until the meeting is over to be uploaded or uploaded in real time?

I assumed zoom would grab a copy of each participant stream as needed directly from the cloud server doing the distribution to all participants.

I work in education design for a University, We had an academic say he has to finish lectures in a shared lecture space early because Zoom needs time to upload before he has to log out, if the space is booked back to back. Inferring Zoom was doing the upload, post-meeting occurrence, which doesn't seem right to me.

I attended meeting a meeting with a psychic/medium at 7pm EST on Jan 17th. I knew something was fishy when he asked people to raise their hands, it kept lowering and I clicked it over and over again. When I took me phone to record what was going on, it finally stayed raised. Red flag #1 The other thing was that out of all the people he read, not one of them had social media presence. Red flag #2. They said in their email - "We have 10-12 video blocks that are positioned on the screen and audience members will be chosen at random and cycled through. You will notice that different audience members will appear at random throughout the show." Never saw anyone else on the screen. And "Your video and audio will only turn on if your group is selected. There is no way that you can turn it off or on by yourself. We will do it for you when you are chosen." which means they saw me using my phone to film the issue with the raise/lowered hand issue.

Been able to share videos from video apps before because I teach movie history virtually with folks associated with each project, but only can hear audio & not see the picture (and big part of what we are talking about during the discussion). Can anyone be assistance because otherwise my classes is going to be shot, but also spending the money for Zoom.

I recieved an email saying I logged in from a new device.  This wasn't me.  When i click the link to indicate it isn't me, it says the link is expired. 

Because of the lack of support, I can't find out anything.  Please help.  I'm not a techie person
