I am about to deliver training on how to use zoom meeting in training and educations as a part of E-Learning course which contains the following topics

1) E-Learning (concept and importance and tools)

2) Using MS Powerpoint  for educators

3) Using Zoom meeting to deliver training 

4) Using Active presenter to prepare training content

5) using Moodle to prepare you training platform

I hope some help me in a training material with powerpoint slides

I would like to remove the thumbnail that appears when I (as host) am screen sharing a video.  All participants inc host muted.

The speaker thumbnail appears on the screen (top right) of those watching on iPads and also the Youtube live capture.

It does not appear on the host screen or windows laptop.

I was previously able to get round this by switching off host video (so host icon appeared instead of host video) and then quickly unmuting and muting host audio. This made host the last speaker and as host video was off, no thumbnail appeared.

After recent updates this no longer works.

Please advise how to turn off the thumbnail when sharing screen with video.

TL:DR: Is there a way to cancel meetings by their IDs with the admin account?

I am enterprise admin, and we are trying to get a couple meetings deleted off the company's calendar and we are having problems doing it.  It is believed that a person that was let go from the company has setup meetings over the next few months, and we are unable to cancel them (I am beginning to think this isn't the case due to a few different reasons). Even though we deleted their account, and we also deleted the meetings that they would've setup. 

That being said, we do have a few monthly meetings we are trying to get rid of the notification in everyone's outlook, and I can't seem to find the account who created these meetings. Is there a way to go in and delete them by using the IDs? 

Adding to this, I did try to click on one, to see if it would tell me any more information about the account that set them up, and they came back as "invalid meeting ID". So that makes the plot thicken.

On every Zoom call I'm on I screenshare for the entire duration and work on a digital whiteboard (MS Paint), explaining things through hand-written worked examples. 

Often I want to screenshot my entire screen and paste it into the meeting chat of the call I am in. I might do this 5-20 times per hour. I don't want to 

I know I can obviously click [prt scr] then [alt]+[tab] to the Zoom window, click in the chat box, then use [ctrl]+[v] and then [alt]+[tab] back to MS Paint. 

Is there a way to make this process slicker? For example, an app that recognises a certain keyboard shortcut to take a screenshot and automatically paste it into the chat of whatever call I am active in.

Hi there,

I am having trouble with Zoom app on my new pc, I bought this new Zenbook (Asus) pc, once I started to have Zoom Meeting, I have trouble with sharing screen sound, my friends can see i share Youtube video but with no sound at all, plus if I hold my phone to play music, they also cant hear the sound from my phone. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? I have zoom meeting on regular basis, its kinda sucks if I cant sharing screen with no sound. I wonder if its my new pc problem or zoom itself problem. I had no problem with my old pc before.
