I always use a virtual background for meetings. I also record the meeting and all is well. Today I used one as usual for the meeting and it worked perfectly live. However, in the recording there is no virtual background at all. It's the first time this has happened. Can anyone advise what went wrong or how to avoid it happening again?

Hey Guys,

Say I want to make an app that facilitates some sort of consulting sessions between a host and a few others. The problem is that I don't know at each time how many such meetings are required concurrently. At some points there is none, but the pick can go as high as 5 concurrent sessions, or even more. Should I buy 5 subscriptions to accommodate the pick? If yes that's really not making sense. Is there any workaround?

Without changing ANY other settings under my "Meetings" Tab, I recently went in and "edited" all four meetings by extending the "end dates" of my four recurring weekly zoom meetings. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but now when I go back to look up Registrants names and email addresses from past Meetings (with no other changes than extending the end-month and date of how long all four meetings will be offered), but now I cannot find the HUNDREDS of email addresses and names of past participants to each of those meetings.

Where did ALL those hundreds of contact/registrants go? I ONLY seeing registrants that go back ONE MONTH only! Where are all the other email addresses and names of attendees from the past TWELVE months??

Hi,

I am a zoom client.

In the last few times, after starting a meeting and share screen, I got a massage that ZOOM had crushed. However, the program continued to work and record on my computer. But still there was one problem:

While sharing PowerPoint presentation, when I moved from edit mode to presenting mode, it worked OK on the screen but in the recording it stayed on the first slide in editing mode.

 

I removed ZOOM installation from my computer and installed the latest version.

There were no “crush” massages any more, however, the problem with sharing PowerPoint persisted. Presenting mode works on the screen, but stays in editing mode in the recording.

What should I do?

Can't find meeting saved chat

I've looked in the usual places - local Documents>Zoom folder, online Recordings tab. My settings are correct. Any idea where my chat from last night went? It should have auto saved and I saved it myself twice.

mic not working on zoom for pwa on chrome

Hello,

 

I have an chromebook and i am using zoom for pwa and my mic isnt working at all and thats only happening on zoom for pwa and i am using it for school so please solve this problem. This has been going since november 2021.

My ex gfs name shows as the default name EVERY time I join a meeting.

I have to change it on the spot and forget to do so sometimes. I have made sure my Profile setting has my correct name. It does and it always has had my correct name. How do I change this permanently and get her name out of here? HELP!! I have logged... Show more

I have to change it on the spot and forget to do so sometimes. I have made sure my Profile setting has my correct name. It does and it always has had my correct name. How do I change this permanently and get her name out of here? HELP!!  I have logged out of all devices. This issue occurs whether I use zoom app or web browser zoom use. I have searched the web and used chatbot. No luck.
