Has anyone used Rev for Voice activated closed captioning. We started to use it, it is fine. However, one of my users has it stopping at a 40 minute mark with a message that 40 minutes is the limit. Wondering if it is Zoom or Rev. Have Rev working on it, but thought I would throw it out there.

Hi @jrerek, apologies for just now seeing this post! It is likely that the 40-minute limit is coming from a Zoom account that does not have a paid license. If you need to have meetings longer than 40 minutes, you can upgrade your account, or the account owner or admin must assign you the license.
