it used to work but something changed. My firewall it's off. I tried Firefox and Chrome. System is updated. Wehen I click in a meeting link ist says either something like "network is maybe not connected", "firewall" is maybe the problem. I use wifi and it work with my phone. Thanks in advance! 

Is it possible to share audio from one computer and video/screenshare from a different computer? I have tried allowing multiple hosts. The initial host has audio playing. The secondary host will screenshare and "drive" the presentation. 

I am getting an error when I attempt to share the secondary host screen that indicates audio will stop from the initial host when sharing the secondary screen. I tried to make adjustments, but have not had any luck.

Is this possible? 

Hi Zoom Support. I'm facing an issue - during zoom meeting. When I join the meeting, it says "Join with Device Audio" when I click on it, "Unable to Connect" error occurred. I've informed the host about it and there were no limitations found on host end. Now I would love to hear how could I overcome the issue. I need to take my classes live on zoom meetings, Thank you. 😊

We guide all meeting participants at the start of the meeting to choose "hide non-video participants" , either by right  clicking their own video, or from the "view" button at the top left.

3 participants so far reported they do not have this option (or the hide self-view option), they only see the "Speaker", "gallery" and "Full screen" view options.

These are both internal and external participants, and I can't figure out why they would not see this option any more.  Could it be because their zoom is not updated? Or if they are not logged in to an account?  They are all on desktop or laptop comupters, and at least 1 was on a mac.  But with hundreds of participants last year this did not come up, so I wonder if there is some new bug.

I don't have the ability to troubleshoot with them, since it is just a meeting and I can't take more of their time for this issue.  This is a new issue noticed in October (did not have it previously for any users last April at our last large meeting).

How do I make yahoo mail invite for scheduled meeting?

This is my first thread. I did sign up for zoom and scheduled a meeting.

The scheduled zoom meeting was added to my yahoo calendar, but it is not opening a window with send yahoo mail with invite details.

I need to copy the invite info and compose with this detail send as yahoo mail.

It is opening window with send outlook mail with invite details, if I pick outlook instead of yahoo mail.

How  do I resolve this ?

How  do I get additional background settings to configure for meeting?
