Has anyone used Rev for Voice activated closed captioning.  We started to use it, it is fine.  However, one of my users has it stopping at a 40 minute mark with a message that 40 minutes is the limit.  Wondering if it is Zoom or Rev.  Have Rev working on it, but thought I would throw it out there.

If I deny/block someone who has registered for a webinar, what do they see in their calendar link?

Thank you, trying to understand if they will see that they have been denied, will it still be on their calendar or how does that work?

Is there an option to suspend a single participant?

Under security I only see one that suspends everybody. Do I need to update something? I am using Zoom Basic and am not sure where to check the version.Up to now, I have only used zoom as a participant, not a host, so I am trying to figure out what to... Show more

Up to now, I have only used zoom as a participant, not a host, so I am trying to figure out what to do if an obnoxious troll crashes our meeting.

Hi. I'm interested in buying several large zoom meeting on my company's account (1 month). Do the month start running when I assign one  to somebody's account ? Or when I buy them ? (Because I want to use them on different months so I need to know if I can buy them in advance or if I need to buy them one by one when I need one)

Zoom disconnects during recording a video

For the first time today zoom disconnected while I was recording a personal video. No one else was in the meeting. I always record in the icloud - it mentioned no space left and to record on the computer which I did. Same problem. I checked the stora... Show more

For the first time today zoom disconnected while I was recording a personal video. No one else was in the meeting. I always record in the icloud - it mentioned no space left and to record on the computer which I did. Same problem. I checked the storage and there are no videos saved there as they delete every 7 days.

 

Any ideas?

Thumbnails on recording with shared screen

I can't get the active speaker thumbnail to be included on the cloud recording.  Can someone verify that this functionality is working or what settings I need to be turned on?

Tengo la cuenta con la licencia activada pero no puedo hacer 2 videollamadas simultáneas.

 

He intentado seguir los pasos que me indican en la web pero no encuentro en ningún lugar  Unirse a distintas reuniones al mismo tiempo en su escritorio. Podrían  enviarme un video explicativo de como hacerlo, tengo una reunión urgente y necesito una solución para mañana.
