I noticed that during a meeting I Hosted today, in the Host Tools, there was no Waiting Room option. I couldn't turn on a Waiting Room.
We don't like to have it on all the time because the Owner has to show up daily to let everyone in and that's not possible. We like for the Host to be able to turn it on once they get to the meeting.

It was last available, that I noticed, on May 28, 2025. Has it been off all June? 
How do we let Hosts turn it on and off for their meetings? Did it just move?

Hi, I have a new problem which I didn't have in the past.

I'm a Mac user (both Mac mini and MacBook Air) and having Sequoia 15.5. OS. Zoom version is 6.4.12.

I update operating systems and applications always when available.

Now when I schedule a new meeting and push "save", it doesn't offer any more to take it to the calendar as a calendar mark.

I have not changed any security or other settings. Same problem has popped up to both devices - Mac mini and MacBook Air.

Any thoughts what might have happened and how to fix this? My iPhone Zoom app works fine and offers sending the email invitation as it should.

I know that I can configure a meeting to record automatically when the meeting starts. I would like to do the same with captioning, that is, have captioning start when the meeting is started. Of cosre this shold be available as a meeting option, so it can be turned on or off for any given meeting.  This options should be available in the same screens and devices where the auto record setting is available.

ON IPAD:  Up until this week, June 16, 2024, if someone shared their screen during a meeting, it would go back to gallery view, which is the correct view/setting.

Now when a participant ends a screen-share session, it goes automatically into speaker view. I have to manually find a moment to switch it back. I am a court reporter, and I have very little time to take my hands off my writer to do that.

What is going on? I'm not the only one who is having this issue. Three people I know already told me they are having it too. I just hope there is a fix.

I can access the chat with the messages but not the documents.

I know the documents are somewhere as the history of the meeting is showing they are there.  But I can't download them.  I click to download them and it won't work.

How do I access them.  Any help gratefully received.

Perhaps Zoom is attempting to build an Apple-like walled garden with the AI features but I don’t need to work with 3 different task managers.  Does anyone know if or how you can export the recommended task lists AI Meeting Summaries generates?  I want a quick simple way to export the Zoom task list into the task manager app I’ve been using for the last 10 years thanks!
