This is a silly question. I tend to connect to Zoom meetings from Outlook invitations created by people using the Outlook plugin (which I do myself). Most or all of these meetings include one-touch dial-in strings that I use to connect through my phone for audio (I just prefer this to computer-based audio). It seems random, but some of these dial-in strings use commas (timed delays) between the phone number and the meeting ID. Others use semicolons (which lead to user prompts). Does anyone know why?

Our meeting was hacked recently by an intruder with obscene utterances. The intruder when deleted returned under a different name several times and the meeting had to be terminated. He used IDs which looked legitimate. Is it possible that intruder has hacked into legitimate partipants or used multiple accounts which he has set up? Please advice what action to implement if occurs in future

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.
Headphone sound problem (JBL TUNE500BT). The distorted sound is similar to the signal from the cosmos, a terrible squealing with gnashing. 1. Other applications don't have sound problems with this device 2. There are no problems with other bluetooth devices. That is a conflict between zoom and the device. How can I solve the problem? Who knows?

I am the Host and when I remove a participant, what do they see. Do they just get dropped off of Zoom with no explanation or do they get a message like "The Host has removed you from the Zoom meeting."? If they try to get back into the meeting, what do they see? Do they see nothing but are still unable to get in the meeting or do they get a message that they have been removed by the Host. I want to get rid of some people quietly, but I do NOT want to start any fights.

Is there a way to save the live transcription so that only one person and/or the host has access to the saved transcript? (I don't want to actually record the session due to privacy issues.) If there is one participant who is hearing impaired we would like that person, and/or the host, to be able to access the transcript after the meeting, but not have it accessible to the whole group. Is there a way to do this? I can see how to save the transcript, but it appears it will then be accessible to everyone?

I wanted to record only the shared screen without any camera video. I poked through as many settings as I could find and in the local recording I unchecked the box that says "Place video next to the shared screen in the recording". I didn't realize that a) this would only affect the local recording and b) that local recording has it's own record button, so I ended up with a cloud recording only AND it has the presenter's camera video stuck to the side. I had the thought that I could just crop camera shot out and render a new video BUT this recording isn't even 1080p resolution to begin with. It's going to look pretty bad going this route. Is there any way to "rerender" the video from the Zoom cloud with the layout that I want? btw, Zoom is supposed to be the 'easy' way to do this video chat stuff. But it seems like it's become a tangled mess of different support documents and unintuitive option names in the software.
