Share calendar invites
We run large meetings on Zoom and I'd like to share a calendar invite, as a link, to our list via Mailchimp. Is there a way to do this through Zoom or another tool?

Are the transcriptions that are processed after a meeting has ended (post meeting transcriptions) a one-shot deal or is an initial transcription processed but, as long as the recording is not deleted, does the file get processed again to improve the transcription?
I'm curious because I work for a higher education institute and we use the transcript file (vtt) for captions when we upload the video to our media server. But, the accuracy can be lacking for those that don't speak English as first language or for those that speak very quickly (or both). So, if the transcripts improve over the first week, for example, we would wait to use the vtt file (or grab a new version).

When I try to send files from my pc to meeting chat, the dropdown source menu does not include a computer option. This is a new development. Settings in both accounts allow file transfers. Screenshot shows dropdown.
I have no trouble running Zoom by entering the meeting ID, everything works just fine. However, since I updated Zoom, I cannot join a meeting by clicking on a URL, for example a URL that is in a calendar invite. When I click on the URL I do get the pop-up asking "do you want to allow this page to open zoom.us.app?" and I click "Allow" and zoom app starts, but does NOT take me to the meeting. I can go to the meeting by copying and pasting the meeting ID (which is at the end of the URL), but it does not happen automatically anymore. I have made sure all the "Security and Privacy" settings are correct, and anyway, Zoom works fine if I enter the meeting ID manually, so the settings MUST be correct or it wouldn't work in that case. Hope someone has a solution.

While running a zoom session, it shows a timestamp at the top right of the screen, but when we start recording, it doesn't show what is the duration of the recorded portion of the session. This is extremely important in Coaching sessions or for recording videos for Training purpose. It is practically impossible for one to keep track of what exact time we started recording and how much time has elapsed while a discussion is going on. Is it possible for zoom to also display the duration of the recording from the time it started? It should NOT come in the recording, but should atleast be visible along side the overall session duration. This will be a super useful feature for ALL Coaches and Trainers who build video content and very much need to restrict to a particular time duration of the recording session.
What are your thoughts guys?

I'm using a corporate account and uploaded a profile pic weeks ago. When I'm in a meeting, my profile pic may or may not show up. It's very inconsistent--I've tried joining meetings directly from an Outlook link, a Slack/Outlook integration link, and email. Sometimes it's visible, but most of the time, it isn't. How do I fix this?

When I start the meeting, it fails and the message says that the organiser has just finished the meeting. But it is impossible as I am an organiser and I have failed even to start it. Please, help
This is a silly question. I tend to connect to Zoom meetings from Outlook invitations created by people using the Outlook plugin (which I do myself). Most or all of these meetings include one-touch dial-in strings that I use to connect through my phone for audio (I just prefer this to computer-based audio). It seems random, but some of these dial-in strings use commas (timed delays) between the phone number and the meeting ID. Others use semicolons (which lead to user prompts). Does anyone know why?

Our meeting was hacked recently by an intruder with obscene utterances. The intruder when deleted returned under a different name several times and the meeting had to be terminated. He used IDs which looked legitimate. Is it possible that intruder has hacked into legitimate partipants or used multiple accounts which he has set up? Please advice what action to implement if occurs in future
