Hello

When we join a zoom meeting using our teams room, the call struggles once our camera starts. audio is delayed and buffered. The far end video freezes.

After turning off our camera, the call is normal, we can see and hear the far end in real time. How ever they can not see us

Any help is appreciated

I was presenting on zoom this morning using canva. When I shared screen the audience were saying they could only see presenter screen with my notes (even though the audience window was open with slides only). There was no function to swap so I couldn’t present, can you help?

I’m trying to schedule a meeting for 1.25pm today from the mobile app.  It constantly goes to a drop down of times at 15 min intervals.  There seems to be no way of typing in your own time.  Every time I click on the time it gives me the drop down option.  Can anyone help? Thanks. 

I just installed the newest Zoom desktop app (5.12.8). I have upgraded to Ventura. When I click the meeting link sent to me all I get is the "Waiting for Host to Start Meeting" box, even though I  know the meeting is open and running.

I can start meetings scheduled by me.

Is anyone else having this issue?

We recently held a public hearing (as a Zoom Meeting) where it was expected that many of the Attendees would use the CC feature and choose a language other than English. There were no "live translators" utilized, just the CC capability. Is there any way to analyze the Attendance Report(s) that Zoom creates to learn (1) how many Attendees used the CC feature; and (2) if used, what language was selected. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I have a user who has scheduled a reoccurring meeting. He's currently out for an extended period and we need to add a co-host to his reoccurring meeting to start them. Do we have to login to his account to do that? Or as an admin can I do that someplace else?

I have a paid Zoom account and can schedule meetings using my zoom signin.  But when another sends me a zoom meeting so I can attend their meeting, and not being a host, when I click on the zoom address, it won't let me join ...nothing works even when I try to launch the meeting.
