Hi all, We held an online seminar with almost 100 attendees, almost every person who joined the meeting was listed as Janet Donelly which is the name of the person listed on the account that was hosting the event. I believe that those who weren't must have already been logged into their zoom account when they clicked the link. The details: We had our attendees register using Eventbrite and we then shared the zoom link via an eventbrite email and on the online event page. These were the only 2 ways the link was accessed. People didn't need to log into zoom to join the meeting *Name is fake for privacy reasons. Any ideas would be great as we are hoping to make sure it doesn't happen again

Im running Zoom on a Lenovo laptop with multiple Windows userIDs and the same Zoom ID. We login using my Zoom ID from both Windows UserIDs. Until recently, my wife and I are both able to use Zoom under our respective Windows UserIDs. Now when she joins Zoom, there's no sound. Zoom audio test plays sound when Zoom is running from my Windows ID but no sound from her Windows UserID. The laptop speaker is fine. It plays sound for me but not for her. I've uninstalled and reinsalled Zoom under her UserID. I've cleared Zoom cache. Pls help. Thanks.

Hi there, I previously installed the Meeting connector and used it normally, after I changed the account and changed the token key to the zone controller (didn't change the configuration), the ZCs couldn't Monitor in https://zoom.us/account/hybrid/monitor anymore. Thank you.
Did I do any wrong step? Or do I have to reinstall it?

I have had issues with this for months and don't know what to do. I will be in therapy and it will cut in and out every 5-10 seconds making it impossible actually to do therapy. I thought it was my wifi for the longest time because I would switch to my phone and use my data and it would be fine. Then I tried a speed test on my wifi because my dad is a computer programmer and works from home so he needs very high-speed internet to do his work. The speed test returned as expected very high (he pays a lot for good wifi). So then why am I having these issues I am so confused about how to fix this.

Hi Everyone, I've used Zoom to teach for 3 years and depend on the "annotate" function. Today, the keyboard would not work inside a shared screen. My own keyboard was not the problem. I could use the keyboard with annotate if I shared the whiteboard. When I shared a screen, and wanted to "markup" the share, the keyboard was ineffective. Any ideas? I'd like to use this feature in my class tomorrow. Thanks very much!

I recently submitted an application for the role '2023 Machine Learning Research - Intern'. However, I forgot to attach my cover letter before submitting, therefore I went to the candidate home page and withdrew the application, in the hope that it would allow me to edit and resubmit my application but I cannot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Corey

Hi - we have a Enterprise account and have enabled polling on that level. But some of the hosts are seeing polling and some aren't. We manage the accounts, so they don't have access to any personal meeting settings at Zoom.us that would allow them to disable it for themselves. What I believe to be true is that it will enable it for any meetings that are created after the enablement is put into place, but will not add it to any meeting created before enablement occurred. Can anyone confirm?

Hello As you can see from the attached screenshot, when using a virtual background, Zoom isn't fully elminiating the background. The red part indicated is furniture that is sitting behind me. What can I do to resolve this? I've searched extensively online to find a solution, but just get articles on how to use a virtual background. Many thanks 👍
