I accidentally clicked on a Zoom meeting link for next week.  The Zoom waiting room opened.  But I cannot find a way to get out of it.  I don't want this window open till Tuesday of next week. I even end tasked it thru task manager.  The task manager closed it and then Zoom restarted it.  Ugh! I do have 3 little dots in the top right corner, but the only option is to report an incident.

This is concerning as I have my own clients that sometimes test links and without a way to back out of them, they will be emailing me for help, and I don't have an answer for them.  Is there is a way out of the waiting room without having the host start the meeting then end it. Thx.

When hosting a webinar and sharing video, I have a grey bar at the bottom of the screen.  When I blur my background or change to a digital background I appear to be "floating" because of the grey bar.  I have no idea how to remove it.  I'm attaching some screenshots.

If I am scheduling a meeting to let 2 different persons speak with each other, can I hide the name or at least the surname of the attendants, so that they cannot see the full name of the other participants in the call?

If yes, can I do it before the call start so that I can avoid participating in the call?

Least but not the last, can I record the call automatically without myself joining? or do I have to be present to start the recording? of course the participants will need to agree first that the call can be recorded.

We held a seminar recently where one of the participants was very abusive. They changed their display name to the speakers so we were unable to get their details. Is there a way to find the IP addresses of those who logged in or further details on the attendees?
I sent in a ticket reporting abuse during the meeting but haven't heard anything back from support.

If I use translated subtitles, will I be able to see the transcript of the spoken language when I check the recording later? Or will you check the translated text?

For example, if subtitles translated from English to Japanese are displayed, will the minutes that can be checked later be written in English? Or is it written in Japanese?

Hello. I would like to effectively set my display name for all meetings to just my first name. This is already set in my Profile settings on the web client. Nonetheless my full name with family name is shown in all zoom sessions. I already read all the instructions to change the name and checked all settings, they are correct as far as I can see. Is there any other, hidden option?
