Hi,

I am an IT Consultant and have a client with an older iPad 3 Wifi model. I have opened a ticket with Zoom support for this as well, but maybe this will be faster. The iPad is 32bit and no longer getting updates. It currently has a 5.6.x or 5.8.x version (I think) installed. It should be able to run up to version 5.11.3 (4067) I believe based on the release notes. However, the App Store seems to only be offering 5.12.x versions which are too new and won't install on this model Is it possible to get a link to the App Store to download the 5.6.11 (4067) version?

Currently the user can not join meetings as the version installed is no longer allowed to join meetings, however, I assume if I can get 5.11.3 (4067) installed, it would be able to join meetings.

I know that it is possible to download installers for older MacOS versions from the App Store, but not sure about iOS apps. I mostly support Windows and Android, so not very familiar with iOS or MacOS (though MacOS isn't dependant on the App Store thankfully).

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Daniel

Hello,
I have a paid account, and a free account. I made a mistake sending the invitation to a meeting with my free account. As the number of people involved is important, I would like to avoid sending a new invitation from my paid account: is it possible to transfer the invitation from my free account to my pro account, in order to benefit from the advantages of the paid account (no time limit in particular).
Thank you in advance for your feedback

You can also ask the user for their consent before triggering an update. possibly an option to postpone the upgrade a fixed number of times.  like 1 or 2 hours, for a max of 3 times.

Guest Microphone Issues

The last couple meetings I have hosted, my guests are unable to connect their microphones to the call. From what I understand they are not even given an option to call in.

Any advice?

I was just in a zoom call today for school and everything was working normally at first. I was using my Macbook and had my AirPods connected during the meeting. In the main room, both my mic and my video were working, along with the general sound from the other people in the call. However, when we were put into breakout rooms, I had issues hearing the other people in the breakout room. My own mic and video were working but I couldn't hear anyone else talking. I had to take out my Airpods and connect the sound to my computer's speaker to get any sound to work. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not entirely sure what the issue here is.

Is it possible to add a small timeline bar, maybe near the current control bar, that shows progress in a meeting and possibly agenda? It could work like how a progress bar does on a YouTube video - it shows you how far along you are, and ideally you could pre-enter agenda 'chapters'. This would help you keep on time. Maybe the last 10 minutes of the bar would be red to have a subtle visual cue that the meeting needs to be wrapped up.

Hi,

Is there a way to configure a setting for all users (en masse) within a Zoom Account without locking it? We have a few user preferences now where we have changed our account's default setting, which will be applied to new users going forward, but it would be ideal for us to change this user preference across our entire organization while giving users the ability to later adjust the setting as needed.

As an example, to keep our cloud storage utilization from growing excessively,  we have turned off the "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen" option but we do not want this - and other Cloud recording options" to be locked.

In the case above, we attempted to modify our account settings and lock them, then unlock them, but this does not change the user account setting.

I have found that we can adjust this setting for each user individually, but not found a way to do this en masse. Thoughts?
