Hello,

I'm using version 5.12.9 on Windows 10.

 

I'm using a laptop and I have a bluetooth microphone / headset.

 

Sound is being recorded fine when I speak.

I can also hear audio, when I play a video in Chrome (and the Chrome session is in the screen that is being shared).

However, the audio from the video is not being recorded.

I have tried setting the microphone as either the headset (where I can hear the video audio) or the computer's built-in audio, but it doesn't make any difference.

The audio from the video being played in Chrome is not recorded.

Would appreciate troubleshooting suggestions

I have the login details of both my own and my CEO (team) Zoom-account. When I click the Join meeting link to our team meetings, I am automatically signed in with my CEO's account, meaning that I take over the host role. If I try to test any of the links to our planned client meetings, I get logged on with CEO account, meaning also that if she has an ongoing meeting then, I kick her out of that. I have tried both the desktop app and launching from browser (Chrome). I work on a Mac. Any advice? Thanks!

I recently had a call with someone where our videos were completely removed, not even our names or profile pictures were visible as is usually the case when you turn off your camera (see below).

I would really love to have the ability to do this with my clients on Zoom, but I can't figure out how to achieve this myself.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Choppy video for me only

My camera video is really choppy. Sound is fine.  I was using a logitech pro camera on a new Intel NUC when the problem first showed up.  I changed the camera to a brand new cyber track H3 and the results are worse.  The picture quality for Microsoft Teams is great.  Any suggestions on trying to fix the choppy video using this setup?

when I join a meeting, I have no possibility to switch on my micro. I get an error message "change your confidentiality parameters". My question is : where are these confidentiality parameters? Thanks a lot!

I followed the documentation, created the a server to server oauth app, called the oauth endpoint with client id and secret to get access token, and subsequently called meeting API with Authorization: Bearer <access token>. However I am getting {'code': 200, 'message': 'Invalid api key or secret.'}, what am I doing wrong?

hola , tengo tiempo usando zoom para mis clases pero desde hace unos meses no se que ocurrió doy clases de música y  ahora en mi clase me dicen los alumnos que no se escucha mi guitarra , no la conecto a ninguna consola ni nada, pero zoom me suprime el ruido externo , ya fui a configuración y le doy la opción de sonido original para músicos pero aun asi no se escuchan los instrumentos.

que puedo hacer? ayuda por favor!!!!
