Recording - audio only but I need video recording too

I am recording a meeting to the cloud and the recording is only audio only.

I have checked the account settings and made sure the audio only box is not ticked.

What else can I do?

    I had the same thing happened to me I checked back a few hours later and the video appeared there automatically

    Yes when it's done uploading maybe even hours later the video just appears on my saved file that was completely black

    Make sure l can record my meeting without no interruption
