Disable Third Party Apps
Hello,
I manage our Zoom Admin Console. Is there a way for me to diable third-party apps within the console so that no users can use different AI apps in meetings?

Hello,
I manage our Zoom Admin Console. Is there a way for me to diable third-party apps within the console so that no users can use different AI apps in meetings?
Thank You,
Hello there, I'm on the Mac, and I'm running the very latest version of Zoom. When I got into my Zoom settings, and I click on "Background & Effects", I have no filter options. I only have the ability to set virtual backgrounds, but I have no ability to set filters. I am the Admin of this account, and video filters are enabled in my account. Does anybody know why I am missing the filters? Thank you! Scott

I currently use Zoom Workplace which is link to my google workspace account. Since my email is subscription, what is the max length for meeting record compared to regular account? and will my recorded video upload to cloud?
I'm on the Zoom Basic Plus plan which gives me 4 extensions of 40-min meetings per month + 1 gb of cloud storage. That said, I can't seem to figure out how to delete cloud recordings? The options that were there when I was paying for the pro plan simply aren't there now. I used to be able to go into recordings and check the box next to the ones I wanted to delete. I don't have that option anymore. When I click on the 3 dots to delete from there, "delete" isn't in the menu. It only allows me to download. Help!

I have used Zoom countless times as a participant, only occasionally setting I (and all other participants) have the free version of Zoom Workplace. I I am pretty sure that I've known other people set up like I want to do, Thanks in anticipation!
meeting up myself. But I find myself needing to do the following and can't
figure out how to do so. All attempts fail in one aspect or another. And as is my habit I seem to have a question that doesn't appear in the FAQs! Anyone able to give me step by step instructions?
I want to:
- Make a meeting for every Tuesday at 8:30am
- duration of 40 minutes so within the free limit
- for it to repeat every Tuesday in perpetuity until cancelled or changed
- for any participant to be able so start the meeting at the appointed
time, so I nor anyone else has to be there every week.
- Be able to furnish participants with one URL (I'd shorten it using
TinyURL) that will always be the same to get around the 'have I got the
right link messages' that go around eating up valuable minutes in every
call!
mention this in case to do what I want requires a paid for licence, which
for our purposes would not be economically justified at £11 a month.
but I could be wrong??

Your new interface is crap! Moving the control to the bottom of the screen in the center makes it nearly impossible to use the controls when your iPad is on a tripod. Having the Pause and Stop buttons so close together makes it very difficult to pause and re-start. Twice I have lost meeting recordings because trying to hit Start with them so close to the tripod mounting it has stopped my recording and I've lost two meetings. You changed your name and the change is exactly what you no longer are: professional for business use. You had a very logical and clean working set of control before. You have taken all confidence I had in the product away.

Hey there! I hope you are doing great.
I'll try to brief as short as possible, a TL;DR if you will / bug report form.
What happens:
Latest zoom version on Windows is unresponsive, and the only solution is to close the app and rejoin the meeting.
When does it happen:
When trying to double click for full screen (doesn't happen when maximising the window), or when trying to restore the meeting by clicking the picture-in-picture window.
Where does it happen:
Windows 11 Home, 23H2, OS Build 22631.4317, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0.
Operating system and zoom application are up to date, Windows Insider Programme is disabled.
I hardly think another application is conflicting and causing this to happen.
How to reproduce:
Enter a meeting, switch to full screen mode, program freezes.
Enter a meeting, go to another window so that PIP is active, program freezes.
Only solution is to close and rejoin the meeting.
What I have tried:
The most I did, because it was time to format my computer, is to reinstall the OS with an official debloating method from Microsoft (so that shouldn't be the issue either). It's called answer files and you can read more about it here -> https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/update-windows-settings-and-scripts-create-your-own-answer-file-sxs?view=windows-11. As an example, I've based my own 'unattend.xml' on the ones found here -> https://github.com/memstechtips/UnattendedWinstall?tab=readme-ov-file.
What I have not:
Going into windows recovery mode (I don't remember the proper name right now) with network enabled to see if the program would open there and crash or not. Maybe I'll do it if I have spare time and post an update here. I don't know if it is related to the meeting being recorded or not, but I have no way of knowing that and I think that's a job for Zoom developers and testers in my humble opinion.
Added context and final questions:
I'm an IT professional, and I've tried common things like keeping both the app and my system updated, and I even sent through the OS the crash report to the app if I remember correctly. My computer has more than enough resources to run it, so it's probably not hardware related.
Does it happen to anyone else? If so, have you find a permanent solution besides waiting for zoom to fix it?
Thank you very much and have an awesome day!

I am using Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, updated to latest version. I have Zoom installed with snap and flatpak (both versions). Zoom was working perfectly untill some days ago, when suddenly it started to fail. It fails when I join a meeting. I get to the waiting room, and when I get accepted, and the window closes and a the new window with the actual meeting should open, the application closes due to a crash. This happens with either versions: snap and flatpak. I have reported the problem to Zoom, but it persists, it hasn't been corrected. I installed the Zoom application some time ago, and was working perfectly, and never was updated. This failure is not due to an application update, in my opinion it is due to a change on the server side. It could be due to a change in Ubuntu, which obviously got updated in the meantime but, as I still have to add, the problem is not systematic. After many attempts, ranging from 3 to 7 (approximately), the meeting finally starts and works. So, I insist, the problem seems to have some degree of randomness. So as it could be said: Why don't you just try till it works? Well, I am used to that with applications that weren't natively developed for Linux. But please, I ask to Zoom developers, do fix this issue because it is truly annoying. These attempts take time, and I end up arriving late to meetings.
