Hello,
We have several accounts with different emails in our organization. I need to know if is possible to compile all the accounts into a main one.
Thank you in advance.
Ever since early December 2022, whenever I try to share my screen during a Zoom meeting, I get a "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly" error. Both my Zoom and my Windows system are up to date, and I've tried several of the most common fixes with video acceleration to fix the problem, yet it persists. I've also tried sharing my screen on a simple Zoom meeting where I am the only participant without error, but as soon as another person enters, I usually get about 3 "Zoom quit unexpectedly" dialog boxes (without me actually being booted from the meeting), followed by usually a fourth that kicks me out of the meeting and then lets me back in without my screen shared. I have tried sharing different program screens (Mozilla, Chrome, and Word) and have gotten the same error. My computer is an HP Spectre. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thanks very much!

For ever we've been signing into the same account, renaming ourselves and being able to chat from our own names. As of yesterday, that didn't work and all of the chats just went to one person. Do we need to not sign into the same account (ugh).

My camera lags whenever I or a participant shares screen. It can be sharing a website or even a file from the computer, it starts lagging and I have to stop my video and start it again. How can I prevent this from happening?
Hi! I have a problem with the questionnaires: I cannot see the results after the call. Can someone please help me? I plan all the calls directly in a Google Calendar, and all of them are reoccured (usually once per week). After each call participants see my Zoom questionnaire, so they can give short feedback. The problem is that Zoom shows questionnaire results only after non-reoccurred calls, which happens only once. And after each call in a reoccurred session, I cannot see the results. The most terrible is that we had a project for two months (reoccured calls), and after each of them, participants filled in a built-in Zoom questionnaire. However, after our project finished, Zoom didn't understand it, and when I tried to change the timetable to finish reoccurring calls, all answers were deleted. I will be very much thankful to everyone who can help to solve this situation and to make questionnaires work well: what I want is to see questionnaire results after each call, even if they are reoccurred and use one Zoom link. Thank you!

I have a brand new (four-day old) Macbook Air M2 2022. It has only had Google Chrome, Zoom and Teams Apps installed on it and no documents or data have been transferred. All the recommended updates have been installed and the device is running the latest version of Ventura. Every 15-30 minutes, the camera freezes for anything between 20-40 seconds and then unfreezes and there is a message saying that 'Your Internet Is Unstable'. However, the Internet speed and stability have been checked via a dedicated website online and also manually by a registered service professional and it has been deemed Fast and Suitable for Intense/Heavy Usage - so that is not the issue. Following specialist and community guidance online, I also Disabled Hardware Acceleration in Zoom, but that hasn't helped. I also tried closing all Apps other than the specific Zoom App, but that hasn't solved the problem. An Apple specialist said that it seems to be a case of some plugins interfering with the user behaviour and that something in the background makes the App think it is not getting Internet access. They recommend asking Zoom for guidance. I tried Zoom in Safe Mode and the camera seemed fine and did not freeze in 4 x 30-minute Zoom meetings. I have done a Factory Reset on the Apple Macbook Air and downloaded only Zoom without Chrome but the Zoom camera still froze for a few seconds near the beginning of the call. If you have any suggestions of what to try next, that would be extremely helpful and very much appreciated! I have had Macbooks before and have never had an issue (including while using the very same Internet connection combined with Zoom). I rely 100% on Zoom/Teams for my work and unfortunately shall have to return the device if this issue cannot be sorted out - which will be both disappointing and disruptive, as well as highly perplexing, as this issue (which many other users are experiencing) surely has to have a solution?!

Hi all, I tried to record a class meeting for the University and chose the "cloud recording option". While the meeting was ongoing, it clearly indicatd that a recording was in progress, but after the meeting and having stopped the meeting, no recording is to be found anywhere.... even in the web interface, under "cloud recordings", there is no indication of the meeting ever having been recorded. Can someone help with this? What did I do wrong?

I was downloading a meeting I just had, when I lost power to my computer. When I got it back I see no way of resuming that download. And the meeting is showing as not having happened. Is that recording lost? Is there any way to recover that meeting and resume the download?

My church would like to buy a pro account that allows for several managers, each with the ability to start a meeting from his own email address. Is this possible?
