Two Questions: Zoom Host that don't have international dial in for your meetings. 1) Have your international (not USA & not Canada, not Bahamas, not Malaysia) participants been able to dial in to your meetings?         2) Can a participant use WhatsApp to dial in from an (not USA, not Canada, not Bahamas, not Malaysia) international location to join a ZOOM meeting? Thank you in advance for your input.

We have 2 licensed users, but I have always hosted the meetings. I need the other licensed user to host a meeting. When there has been a problem connecting I sometimes have to respond to emails sent by Zoom to get it straightened out. If there is a problem while the other licensed user is hosting a meeting he will not have access to my email. What does he need to do when starting a meeting to be sure that emails will be sent to his email address if there is a problem? Thanks.

Audop problems.

I am so confused. Opened my zoom this morning and there was a strange audio setting with earphones. The participants' audio will not load. When I click I only get phone numbers to call. My audio settings work just fine. I can see my participants but we can not talk to each other. Help

Since the recent update my video has been jumpy, and flashed green and orange, which I managed to fix using this thread which advised to go into Zoom video settings > Advanced and then turning off "Optimize video quality with de-noise" will help

BUT I have another issue since the upgrade in that my audio is echoing to the point people don't understand me, I've been in my audio settings and played around with different options but nothing is working - any suggestions would be very  much appreciated

I used Zoom for 4-5 meetings per day, in a paid account, and this is driving me and my customers nuts! 

First of all, I already have Original Sound turned on and echo cancelled etc as recommended to the pianist. I have upgraded my Mac to latest OS. I have switched computers. Ipods and every cable connected to my Mackie FX6 Mixer. I have even replaced the Mixer but with the same model. Nothing has improved this situation. I have been on the phone and email for hours with Mackie. No one knows what the darn problem is but the sound is unacceptable for my movement and drumming events.

I am having problems with certain songs that have a very delayed start and/or comes in and out. Percussion pieces do not come through at all. Choppy or crackly sound often.

I have asked Zoom Support for a list of supported or recommended sound mixers but haven't gotten an answer.

Any ideas???? Is anyone using a mixer without these issues? Thank you!
