I am building a virtual assistant application where I integrate zoom meeting sdk and API to achieve following use case.
1. In my application I have a page where I listed out all agents available to go on a video call/ meeting.
2. All the agents have devices installed with zoom client app.
3. An user simply checks the available agents from the listing page and chooses an agent to call.

4. On the other end selected agent who has zoom app opened will receive the meeting notification and join the meeting 

How can achieve the above, a similar experience like starting a 'meet with video' with any contact from the Zoom client app using zoom meeting sdk or zoom APIs ?

Remove "view" from window

Is it possible to remove this "View" button from the window? I'd like to run a green screen and it shows up... thank you!

Breakout Room Capacity Limit

It appears that currently there is no way to limit the number of participants in breakout rooms.  This is a suggestion for Zoom to develop this.  It would be very helpful to be able to limit the capacity of breakout rooms, to facilitate smaller more intimate conversations.

Creating virtual backgrounds while NOT on a Zoom call

How can I create a Virtual Background (using my own photos) while NOT on a Zoom meeting/call? I can't seem to find the 'background' function in 'settings.' I have a "Basic" account. Thx for any help!

Why are my panelists getting a reminder notice with the attendee join webinar button when they did not sign up to attend?  They are panelists and have their own link.  I will resend their own custom link.  This is confusing.

Attendees vs Invitees for paid plans

If I'm on a paid plan that allows for 100 attendees, am I still able to invite over 100 people? I have an upcoming meeting where a significant portion of those invited will be unable to attend.

Zoom Recordings

I change the view to gallery.  When I record the meetings the meeting is being recorded in speaker view.  I need it to be recorded in gallery view.  How do I correct this?

how do i stop zoom from restarting every time i kill it via end task in Task Manager (Win10Pro)

I tried the Startup function, but Zoom does not appear in the list of Apps for which startup can be disabled.

Hello, 

I set a concurrence meeting and have settings:

- Allow participants to join at anytime 

- NOT checking the 'Only authenticated users can join'

 

I saw in the Usage report of Zoom meetings, one of my meetings in the past with the same settings recorded the list of attendees. I hosted the same meeting yesterday, 2023/04/20 JST, and it only capture the email of 1 participant who joined early compared to the time set of the meeting. It didn't capture the attendee during the actual meeting. 

 

I didn't know what I did wrong. What is the reason for that?

 

I just change the setting to: 

- NOT Allow participants to join at anytime 

-Check the  'Only authenticated users can join'

 

Do you think it will help?
