Resetting or recovering passcode to watch recordings
I recorded a meeting on the cloud, and I cannot watch it because it is asking for my passcode, which I must have created, but do not remember the code, nor where I recorded it

I'm teaching guitar and my students can hear my voice but can't hear my guitar. In tutorials there is a way to adjust backround noises but I can't find my desktop client to begin the process.
I recieved an email saying I logged in from a new device. This wasn't me. When i click the link to indicate it isn't me, it says the link is expired. Because of the lack of support, I can't find out anything. Please help. I'm not a techie person

I need to find out how to make my face on zoom show up in color. When I'm on zoom my face is in black and white.
How do I change this?
If you've tried to create engaging activities for your Zoom Meetings and Events you know how much of a challenge it can be. We've hired dueling pianos, dancers, musicians, etc. and they all still just feel like we're in the audience and not part of the activity. You're invited to come and witness it for yourself. This comes from a post regarding tonight's event... If you want to witness and experience a TRUE online audience engagement experience, you definitely want to be a part of the "Telematic Collisions" performance this evening at 7:30 pm eastern. These are classically trained musicians, who are remotely located from one another, combining some very high-level technology, that not only sounds and looks amazing, but invites audience engagement that is sure to blow your mind. You can register here: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYtd-utqzstGtOKTudzEdxq0mwEv6KT4y8X?fbclid=IwAR2J8j5Ob6K_qg2l01sj8LtBvpYvZyd9XeD788Q086bUtnEweybyyIYbMao #zoomfatigue (NOT A CHANCE) #zoom #voxviola #classicalmusic #musicians #technology #experience #engagement
This is the reason I'm posting... this event provides and delivers TRUE audience engagement.

For a few years now I have used the Web portal, which I like, to start reoccurring scheduled meetings. Since the update, I click start in the web portal and it looks like it's going to start the meeting as usual, but instead it takes me to the Desktop app and I have to pick the guest again and click start again. Meanwhile, my guests are trying to log in using the reoccurring link and get an invalid ID message. I don't want to use the Desktop app, I like to do everything from the Web portal, and I sure don't like having to "start the meeting" twice. How do I fix this? Thank you.

How do I keep the ability to see all participants while screen sharing?
To start, I am VERY non technical.
Can someone SIMPLY explain to me the best way to "save" a recording of a zoom meeting so it will be saved permanently and I can send it to others to view? I work on a laptop and not Apple.
We are experiencing issues at our virtual school when attempting to run live meetings through the Zoom app. Is this due to the most recent update that needs to run? The image shows pixelated. In some cases, sound does not work.
I just hosted a zoom meeting on my laptop with one other participant. Her video wasn't working and we couldn't find any settings to fix it. I have a Pro account and haven't had this problem before. Afterwards I remembered I had hosted a zoom meeting on one of my phones yesterday. Did I need to be signed out on my phone for zoom to work properly on the laptop? When I tried to access support via live chat I got the message that I didn't have the type of account with access live chat. Did that change recently for Pro accounts?
