Since an update of Zoom on Friday2/10/2023 my video is freezing up and breaking up sound! Help
We have setup the LTI 1.3 Integration with Canvas and see an issue currently. When our instructors sign in, they are using accounts we have created and setup for them under paid licenses. When our students sign in, they get an error. We believe this is due to our students not having a Zoom account that was provided for them within our domain; This is our ideal setup. They can use their own Zoom accounts to join the meeting as long as they can receive the username and password. Is there an additional setup required for our students to be able to see the course meetings? We did see that courses can be shared to the calendar as well and that may be a solution?

My cloud recording is showing disabled. I deleted several files and now I have plenty of storage. However, my cloud recording is still showing disabled. How can it be disabled?
hi there, I have a new MacBook. I have my daily meeting on my calendar and have previously been able to go my calendar and click "join"- its in blue letters. It's not blue anymore #1. and #2 even after I have download the zoom app the window pops up: Do you want to allow this page to open “zoom.us”? and I click allow but it never opens the meeting. I go around and around with different ways, even manually putting in meeting ID and password. nothing. Any advice?

We're having a staff all-hands meeting. We have about 150-170 employees. We want to use the meeting feature, not the webinar feature.
Do we need to upgrade to a Large Meeting license or will we be okay with our regular paid Zoom license?
Not getting any help from Zoom! My issue is when I host a meeting, my video starts bouncing crazily for about 10 seconds. It affects just my video. All other participants are fine. While I bounce participants can still hear me. It happens especially when I leave one breakout room for another. Help! TB3

My church services are recorded in a room seating about 20 senior citizens. Our services consists of singing (with music) and scripture reading. There is also a sermon which is presented to the residents during this recording. The service is recorded to Zoom cloud that it may be viewed later by other residents or linked people. My problem is, when I playback the recording, the singing, music, and reading does not play and some portions of the sermon is not clear or not heard. How can I set the audio where I can hear the whole service played back in the recording?

As an enterprise user, we have several Zoom integrations enabled for our LMS. However, we use a lot of Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions. As such, the need to integrate polls into these sessions is critical. Rather than having to create these polls each time a session is set up, we love to use the Poll Library, so that they are available when the course is live. The problem with this, the Poll Library limits preset polls to a maximum of 10 per account. Is there a way to increase this number or will Zoom increase this limitation in the future?
